Model Ireland Baldwin is giving her 672 thousand Instagram followers “a little sci-fi for the eyes” in her latest post.
Taken at night, the 27-year-old daughter of actor Alec Baldwin and actress Kim Basinger appears to be lying in bed when she shared a video of her baby starting to kick!
Pregnant Ireland Baldwin Feels Her Baby Kick In 'Sci-Fi' Video
In her latest Instagram video, the aspiring screenwriter posted a 24-second clip of her feeling her pregnant stomach. Fans can see the baby responding to her touch and kicking from inside her stomach.
Ireland captioned the video “a little sci-fi for the eyes” alongside a green alien head emoji. Although it’s an intimate moment, she made the video a bit more lighthearted by adding The Game’s “How We Do” featuring 50 Cent to the audio track in the video.
It looks like Ireland’s longtime boyfriend RAC, born André Allen Anjos, did not comment on the post, but plenty of fans and famous friends did to share pregnancy advice, or in the case of model Sailor Brinkley Cook, simply write, “Omg.”
Musical family led by Aubree and Colt Clark commented, “I think every woman that has ever had a baby can feel this video. I know pregnancy has its ups and downs but moments like that will stick with you forever in the best way.” Ireland responded to the comment, writing, “So true…”
The band St. Lucia commented, “OMG I remember this. And then after they’re born they do certain things that they did in the belly and you’re like oh that’s what they were doing.” Doctor Deborah Windham, known as Dr. Deb, added, “This is such a special feeling…” to which Ireland replied, “It really is!”
Ireland Is Ready To Welcome Her Baby Girl... Named Holland!
In late January, Ireland appeared on the Girlboss Radio podcast. When asked, she didn't hesitate to share the name of her first child, which is named for both the country and the popular actress. “We’re naming her Holland. I’m Ireland, so another country name, because we wanted to keep that consistent,” Ireland shared.
“And then I love the actress Holland Taylor,” she added. “I’ve always loved that name since I was young, I just thought that was such a classy, beautiful name, so we’re going with Holland.” The first-time mom also talked about how "cool" and "exciting" she thought it was going to be to raise her first child.
“What I’m most excited about is really more centered around a lot of things I really wanted in terms of stability as a child myself that I didn’t have,” Ireland continued. “What’s kind of exciting is I get to raise this little human and do things completely differently than what I was taught was the norm.”
“It’s cool that I get to unconditionally love this person and do my best to make her as equipped for this world and bada** as possible,” she added.
Ireland waited until New Year's Eve to share the news that she and her boyfriend RAC were expecting, but has not revealed her due date just yet.
Ireland Baldwin and RAC Have Opened Up Their New Restaurant 'Good Times'
Last Thursday, Ireland and RAC officially opened up their first restaurant, Good Times, in Gearhart, Oregon. Fans will be happy to know that "most" of the menu (as seen below) is gluten-free, as one of the chefs working there is celiac.
“Is the entire menu gf?? Asking for a celiac (I’m the celiac),” one follower asked on an Instagram post of the menu.
“Most of it! All made in a certified gf kitchen. Our chef is celiac,” Ireland responded.
“Random question, but is it difficult putting a cohesive menu together? As an owner, how involved were you in the process? Like, did you start with a lot of items and narrow it down with your chefs? Or did you have some core items and build around it? It looks amazing, by the way!” another fan asked.
Ireland replied, “ i’d say we were all pretty involved in giving notes and deciding on a cohesive and inclusive experience but all the credit goes to our chefs/partners. We would just tell them what works and doesn’t and we all work on what message we want to send.”
