Lori Loughlin Scrambling for 'Safe Passage' to Los Angeles After Arrest Warrant Issued

Lori Loughlin is currently on her way to Los Angeles to surrender to authorities for alleged mail fraud, and her attorney is fighting for the chance to speak with his client before she's booked into custody.
Loughlin is currently aboard a plane flying to Los Angeles from Canada as she prepares to turn herself in after being charged for her alleged role in a college entrance exam scandal.
We're told both Lori, and her husband Mossimo Giannulli, have retained attorney Perry Viscounty to handle their criminal charges. Viscounty may actually be perfect to handle the case, as his profile touts that he's on the “Board of Councilors at the USC Gould School of Law” along with being “a guest lecturer at USC and UCLA, and has taught numerous seminars regarding effective presentations for jury trials and arbitrations.”
Viscounty is currently at the courthouse in L.A., and we're told he has been working on getting Loughlin "safe passage" through the airport so he can speak with her before surrendering to authorities.
It's unclear what the "Fuller House" star was doing in Canada, but the Hallmark Channel films many of their productions up north, and Loughlin is a staple on the network.
Loughlin, along with Giannulli and "Desperate Housewives" star Felicity Huffman will appear in court after being hit with the federal charges. Giannulli, who famously started the Mossimo clothing line, is already in custody.
Mega
"Shameless" star William H. Macy has also arrived at court to support Huffman when she faces the judge.
A rep for the Hallmark Channel had "no comment" on the situation.
It's unclear if Loughlin's daughters will make an appearance to support their parents during the court hearing.
