Paris Jackson Recovering in Hospital After Apparent Suicide Attempt

Paris Jackson was rushed to the hospital early Saturday morning after appearing to try and take her own life, but luckily emergency responders were able to save her in time.

Sources close to the Jackson family tell The Blast they were made aware Saturday morning that Paris had slit her wrists at her home in Los Angeles. She lives with her boyfriend, Gabriel Glenn, and we're told he may have been the one who found her and called 911.

The 20-year-old daughter of Michael Jackson was transported to a nearby hospital and was stabilized. We're told she "lost a lot of blood," but because of the quick response by emergency responders, she was saved.

We're told Paris also requested a 5150 psychiatric hold, which would keep her hospitalized for up to 72-hours. Sources directly involved with the situation tell us the HBO documentary, "Leaving Neverland," has been hard on all the Jackson kids, but it's unclear if that was the main motivation for the incident with Paris.

Now, we're told Paris has members of the Jackson family by her side while she recovers in the hospital. It's currently unclear how exactly she will stay hospitalized.
