'Spy Kids' Franchise Makes A Comeback With A Modern Twist
The beloved film series that captured the hearts of many in the early 2000s is set to return after more than 20 years since the original. The Blast noted that the showrunners had kept the details of the new film under wraps.
Nevertheless, it is expected to bring back the same action-packed excitement while incorporating new and innovative elements to captivate a new generation of fans. The highly anticipated return will be helmed by Robert Rodriguez, who will serve as writer and director. Co-produced by Skydance Media and Spyglass Media Group, the latest installment is set to premiere on Netflix, marking it the second production released on the popular streaming platform.
