Fans Have Mixed Reaction As NeNe Leakes Poses With Grandkids Ahead Of Spring Break

NeNe Leakes is excited to enjoy the spring holiday with her grandkids!

The former star of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" has always been vocal about her love for her family. With spring break just around the corner, she is making the most of her time with her grandkids before they head back to school.

The 55-year-old took to Instagram to share adorable photos of herself and her son's children. The actress posed with her granddaughter Bri'asia, dressed in a stylish off-the-shoulder sweatshirt and shorts.

Meanwhile, Leakes chose an all-black outfit to compliment the tween's youthful style. In the following slide, the duo was joined by the 10-year-old brothers, Benny and Brayden, who gathered around for the family photo.

The reality TV star accompanied the images with the caption, "SWIPE: It's officially spring break for my little glammy and guess who they are spending it with……..meeeeeeee. #theoriginalglamma #glammama #glambabies #Briasia #Brayden #Benny #growingup #spoiled #timeflys #lifeofnene."

She added, "Whew Chileeeeee, they always wanna have it their way ?❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️." Fans of the fashion designer had mixed reactions to the photos, some finding them heartwarming while others noted their opinions on the children's expressions.

This follower asked, "Why they all looked like they just got a whopping? ?," while another stated, "They look like they don't want to be there???." Some observed that they did not look happy to be with her, and this person wrote, "None of them kids are smiling or happy to see her." 

Fortunately for the star, most of her followers came to her defense, like this person who said those complaining did not seem to realize that taking pictures with kids was challenging. And that they looked well-fed and well-cared for is what counts.  

Another fan stated, "You all don't have and have never been around kids. This is what they do. They are at the age where they do not be able anting to take pics. They can be having a ball, and as soon as you say, Tai a pic for me, this is the face you get." 

A sixth fan pointed out, "Before yall start...Kids in this generation hate taking pics...My nephew looks like this in every pic, lol." A family member of the author even joined to defend her by emphatically stating, "There's nothing wrong with my great niece and nephews, and @neneleakes is enjoying time with her grandkids...." They vehemently added:

"If you don't have anything nice to say, then shut TF up.... don't think for one minute the kids don't have family (on both sides) who will check y'all! Leave kids alone!! They are off limits!" 

Bryson, who is 33 years old, is the father of Bri'asia, Benny, and Brayden. Leakes also has a 24-year-old named Brentt. According to Hollywood Life, her eldest son was born from a previous relationship, and the identity of his birth father has not been publicly disclosed.

Throughout her many seasons on RHOA, both boys have appeared on the show. Bryson has been known to get into trouble and, as a result, has received several severe talks from his mother. On the other hand, she welcomed her youngest on February 22, 1999, with her late husband, Gregg. 

In November, The Blast shared that the mother-of-two disclosed Brentt's health journey from a severe heart attack to a miraculous recovery while giving credit to God on her Instagram story. 

She wrote, "My son [sic] life changed," before revealing that his life was forever changed on September 26. In a throwback video, her son walked towards her in a hospital hallway, looking healthy and robust as people applauded him in the background, including the nurses. 

Someone could be heard saying, "We love you, Brentt," while one of the nurses hugged him and gushed, "So happy for you." In the next post, she shared a clip of Brentt from behind as he walked towards the hospital's lift.

She penned alongside the upload, "To God be the Glory," and excitedly noted that he was walking out unassisted. Additionally, she confirmed that he was now "walking and talking" and wrote "Nothing but God" on a picture that showed the 24-year-old lying on a hospital bed with wires attached to him.
