Meghan King is not looking back and moving forward…literally!

The blonde bombshell rose to fame as a member of Bravo's reality TV series, "The Real Housewives of Orange County." Although she no longer stars on the show, the entertainer continues to make waves as a media personality.

With her three-time divorcee status, the 38-year-old has earned the right to beat up Cupid. However, failing in love or juggling her responsibilities as a mother with work has not stopped the St. Louis native from thriving.

In a recent Instagram update, the mother-of-three shared a throwback video from her rock climbing experience. The brief footage began with the camera focused on an ongoing rockslide.

People below the area were captured scurrying out of harm's way as rocks and sand rained down a path. A male voice could be heard in the background saying, "I've never seen that before," before turning the camera to show King hanging on for dear life not far from the rockslide.

The TV personality, dressed in a red sweat jacket and matching cap, noted that she and the unidentified cameraman had just passed the area before disaster struck. The clip ended with the "Resale Royalty" alum repeatedly mumbling "what" in disbelief at the ruined pathway.

Alongside this nerve-wracking video, the 38-year-old offered a detailed explanation in the post's caption. "I knew this would be a challenging hike; I didn't expect it to be like this," the St. Louis native began.

"To summarize: I bit off more than I could chew, and when I wanted to turn back, this rockslide happened, obliterating the trail I'd just crossed: there was no turning back," King explained, comparing this dramatic moment to reality.

The mother of three noted that she made such choices in her life. She would decide to do something that seemed "fun," only to regret it later. However, the media personality came to understand that there was a blessing in every mistake.

"What these experiences build inside of me is a confidence that can't exist unless I do the hard things…then realize it's even harder than hard," the entertainer penned, stating that she was on a powerful solo journey.

The "Say Yes to the Dress" star continued, "To be on a journey that no one can make peace with but me, no one can achieve but me, no one can fail but me… that's a lonely place, but damn, it's empowering (mainly when it's over)."

Recalling the rockslide event, King revealed that at that moment, she felt "present and alive" as her body and mind worked to accomplish the "most harrowing task" of her life. The St. Louis beauty wrote:

"I look at this today and watch the real rocks cascading down, blocking my path to 'what was but will never be again,' and I see the metaphorical rockslide in the rear-view mirror of my life."

Concluding her inspiring message, the former sales representative declared she was over her past and focused on the future. "Without discomfort, there's no growth; I keep telling myself that. So FU, rocky past, I'm on my way to the top," the mother-of-three raved.

The University of Mississippi Graduate Continues To Fight For Custody With Her Ex-Husband

Like her candid post, King's life has been a roller coaster of her surmounting rocky situations. Last month, King got dragged into a new custody battle with her ex-husband, Jim Edmonds. The former spouses share three children, whom the duo has been unable to raise amicably.

During an appearance at iHeartRadio Music Awards show, the St. Louis native was asked about her thoughts on Edmonds' fight for their children's time. The 38-year-old appeared unbothered by her legal drama with the former baseball star.

"I'm just continuing to be the best mom I can. So to me, nothing will change or has changed. I'm just focused on my children; they're always my number one priority, and they always will be. That's all there is to it," the TV personality declared.

Using the opportunity to shade her ex-husband, the blonde beauty noted that she would allow the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame honoree's past to judge his capabilities as a father.

"Jim has had three separate mothers of his children, and we've all experienced the same thing. So, I'm just going to let that speak for itself," King confidently said.
