Chris Martin is worried about an allegedly deranged woman showing up at his home, especially since she has been persistent with trying to get in touch with the musician and believes they are in a relationship.

The Coldplay frontman filed for a restraining order against a woman who he believes has been stalking him for quite some time. Martin says the woman has come to his home multiple times, and even placed a package inside his gate. He also claims the police have been involved and told her to stay away.

The ex-husband of Gwyneth Paltrow says he understands that he's famous and has fans, but notes that this one particular fan is overly aggressive and he has become increasingly worried.

He claims she has left letters at his home referencing his children, suicide, death and "delusions" about what she believes is a "romantic relationship" with the singer.

Along with his declaration, Martin included a supporting declaration from his security guard, along with documents detailing an extensive criminal record from the alleged stalker.

Martin included his girlfriend, Dakota Johnson, and his children, Apple and Moses, under the terms of protection. However, he did not include Gwyneth Paltrow as someone who needs protection.

Martin makes it clear the alleged stalker is a "stranger," and he is fearful for his own safety, and the safety of his family.

The order was granted and the woman must stay at least 100 yards away until a court hearing next month.
