Ireland Baldwin Opens First Restaurant Good Times With BF RAC

Model Ireland Baldwin and her boyfriend RAC, born André Allen Anjos, are finally ready to open their first restaurant together!

Although the 27-year-old daughter of actor Alec Baldwin and actress Kim Basinger is getting closer to her due date, she is also excited to finally open their first restaurant together in Gearhart, Oregon.

Earlier this week, the aspiring screenwriter took to Instagram to share an Instagram carousel full of shots of the interior restaurant of the food, chefs JJ and Doug, and, of course, the food!

"I can’t believe that I can announce this!! Our restaurant @goodtimes is officially opening THIS THURSDAY!" Ireland wrote in the caption. "I couldn’t be more proud of everyone who helped make this happen. André and I are humbled by the process but we are so excited to bring good food, wine, and a cozy community hang out to the town of Gearhart."

"I couldn’t be more proud of chefs JJ and Doug who put together the most delicious and locally sourced menu," she continued. "Big shout out to @chausse_selections for putting together our incredible natural wine list. Thank you to @lukecarlzyn for taking on and learning 12 different jobs at once and being a bada**."

"Thank you of course to the rest of the team who just started working with us. We have more announcements and updates to come! Can’t wait to see y’all in there," she continued. "Reservations available on Open Table!"

Just last week, Ireland finally dropped the menu for her new restaurant. “Our restaurant @goodtimes is opening soon,” she wrote in the caption. “So proud of all of the work that’s gone into making this happen. We’re overcome a lot of obstacles and had quite a few setbacks… but we’ve arrived!”

“I couldn’t be more proud of our chefs Doug and JJ for creating this menu! Here’s a peak at what we’re serving,” she added, revealing a menu that contained a “board’ of either meat, “cheese & such” or pacific cured fish.

Other notable mentions from the menu are gnocchi made from gluten-free pasta, “the cookie,” which is made-to-order and “gluten free on purpose,” and the brown buttered black cod, which also features shaved endive, truffle caviar, and “quickled” fennel.

“Random question, but is it difficult putting a cohesive menu together? As an owner, how involved were you in the process? Like, did you start with a lot of items and narrow it down with your chefs? Or did you have some core items and build around it? It looks amazing, by the way!” one fan asked.

Ireland replied, “ i’d say we were all pretty involved in giving notes and deciding on a cohesive and inclusive experience but all the credit goes to our chefs/partners. We would just tell them what works and doesn’t and we all work on what message we want to send.”

“Is the entire menu gf?? Asking for a celiac (I’m the celiac),” another follower asked. “Most of it! All made in a certified gf kitchen. Our chef is celiac,” Ireland responded, much to the relief of celiacs everywhere. Vegetarians and vegans were also relieved to see plenty of menu items to accommodate them as well.
