Rumer Willis is welcoming her first child the traditional way!
The Kentucky beauty rose to prominence as the eldest daughter of Hollywood veterans Bruce Willis and his ex-wife Demi Moore. The 34-year-old made more giant waves after joining the entertainment industry like her A-list parents.
The icons are soon-to-be grandparents as their first child has a bun in the oven that will pop out anytime soon. In a new pregnancy update, the Broadway star revealed her plans to have non-medicated childbirth.

Although the video did not capture the entertainer's whole body, it gave viewers a glimpse at the "Dancing with the Stars" alum's thriving baby bump. Willis got candid about her concerns with welcoming a child in the over three minutes of footage.
The 34-year-old explained that her thoughts were centered on the pelvic floor work as she moved towards her third trimester. The soon-to-be mom explained that she became intimidated by the topic after hearing different stories from friends.
Despite her fear about the subject, the Young Hollywood Award honoree wanted to increase her knowledge about the pelvic floor. The TV personality stated it was essential for pregnant women, especially those going for "non-medicated birth."
The Kentucky native confessed she was in the traditional childbirth category and knew she needed to work and stretch her body in preparation for the baby's arrival. While searching for perineal massage tips, she stumbled across a company selling the perfect product for pelvic floor exercises.
Showing off the purple-colored device, Rumer raved about the massage item. In her words: "I was hunting on Instagram one day, and I happened to find this company called Perimom, which makes this glorious little device so that you can give yourself a massage."
Why would pregnant women need this product? The "Woman on the Edge" actress explained it was necessary because, at a certain point, it becomes challenging to reach over one's bulging baby bump for a perineal massage.
As a bonus, the device was great for those who felt unconfident about letting their partners help them prepare the perineum for childbirth. "I have tried both ways," the media personality said about her experience with perineal massages. "It has helped so much just in helping my body learn how to relax."
The "Six Letter Word" actress admitted that she did not realize how much tension her body held because the pelvic floor had one's "uterus, the baby, and everything in between," giving more reasons to provide the area with a good stretch.
Echoing the same sentiments in her caption, the soon-to-be mom stressed that her reel was not a promotion of the perineal massage company. "I feel so much more prepared for my non-medicated birth because of this thing. If you have questions, DM me. Happy to share and talk about it," the media personality concluded her message.
The 'Die Hard' Actor's Daughter Opened Up About Her Pregnancy Changes
Since sharing the news of her pregnancy, Rumer has been open about sharing her journey with fans. In February, the "Return to Sender" actress got candid about the changes that came with her pregnancy. According to the 34-year-old, the journey to motherhood taught her the importance of setting boundaries.
The Kentucky beauty revealed that shortly after her conception, she became more vocal and stopped doing everything to please people. After living as someone who quickly said "yes," the soon-to-be mom learned to say "No!"
"I would say literally, maybe even a week after I got pregnant, all of a sudden, it was like, no, no, that's not going to work for me anymore," the TV personality shared, noting that she previously used to ignore the things that got under her skin.
The "There's Always Woodstock" star continued, "This is what I need to do to reorient this and speak up for myself. It was like a new equation, and puzzle suddenly downloaded, and I had a different operating system."
