'Uncut Gems' Producer Sebastian Bear-McClard Accused Of Grooming Teens Via Instagram

Sebastian Bear-McClard is being accused of groominga 17-year-old girl he met on Instagram and promised to cast in a film.

The disgraced producer has more accusations to battle after being fired from his own production company over allegations of inappropriate communication with young girls. This time, the young woman shared her story with Variety.

Bear-McClard reached out to the girl is now 24 via direct messaging on Instagram and this led to a meeting at a loft in Soho. He apparently then told his former producing partners the Safdie brothers that he knew someone who can play a small role in their film Good Time.

The brothers agreed and a short time later the young girl was on set meeting star Robert Pattison. Unfortunately, she claims she had no idea what kind of scene she was attached to and ended up naked, on set in front of a room “of nearly a dozen male cast and crew members including Josh and Benny Safdie.”

The young girl also claims that promises of being in a scene with Pattinson were halted when she was paired with a recently released from prison actor. She “was utterly stunned and felt terrified,” according to her statement.

The actress shared more about her experience on set. “My distress only worsened when out of nowhere, [an actor] whispered in my ear if ‘he could stick it in’ while the cameras rolled. I said ‘no.’”

Variety spoke with some of the people who said they were on set that day and claimed that after the shoot the young woman began a sexual relationship with Bear-McClard something that is legal in New York where both parties reside.

The problem here is this seems to have become a pattern with Bear-McClard. A young woman, 18 said she met the father of one on the set of Uncut Gems when he was married to Ratajkowski he supposedly began “grooming” her.

Bear-McClard supposedly also used his fame in this situation to entice the 18-year-old, making her promises about success in the film industry.

The 18-year-old claimed the hook-up with Bear-McClard took place at the apartment he shared with Ratajkowski and their son. “Sebastian and I started kissing. Things escalated and then, without asking for my consent, Sebastian inserted himself inside me without using a condom.”

She also claims the producer called her derogatory names during intercourse like “kike”.

In another wild accusation, he was accused of sending messages to a 15-year-old on IG and she was later spotted on the set of Uncut Gems when confronted by the 18-year-old woman he was dating, “Sebastian appeared pleased with himself and laughed at my comment. He did not deny my accusations.”

According to Variety, this incident and involvement with an assistant on the set of Uncut Gems are what led the brothers to oust Bear-McClard from the company they co-owned together and off the set of the films they were currently filming.
