Gwyneth Paltrow's Kids Attest To Her Horrible 'Half Day Of Skiing'

Gwyneth Paltrow’s kidshad a lot to say about the ski accident and their mom’s reaction to it during the trial that is continuing this week.

While Paltrow’s kids didn't physically appear in court today, (thankfully) their depositions were read in court by a representative and they attest to their mom’s disposition after the accident. Apple Martin admitted that she was not in sight of the accident, she was ahead of her mom at the bottom of the hill.

She didn’t see all the details regarding who hit who but she did attest to her mom being in “shock” and in “pain” afterward. “I did hear some commotion, but I was further down, so I decided to continue to go down to the lodge,” the deposition reads.

Paltrow’s first child continued via the statement. “She came in … and I asked what had happened, and she said, ‘This a–hole ran into me. He ran right into my back.” This is the same statement that Paltrow has given on the stand about her reaction to the accident.

Apple remembers her mom being “clearly visibly upset” and “shaken up”.  She was shocked at her mom’s next decision. “She decided after that she was not going to ski for the rest of the day, which she never does, she always stays on.”

The actress's son Moses Martin also had his deposition read out loud and he claims he saw Dr. Terry Sanderson skiing into his mom. He insists that it was Sanderson who caused the accident and the one who ran into his mom and not the other way around as the doctor claims.

“I recall skiing with my instructor and briefly seeing the collision. I saw my mother and a person behind her … who had crashed,” he claims in the deposition.

The 16-year-old stated that his mom was “yelling at the guy.” He recalls something along the lines that his older sister Apple remembers. “She was saying something along the lines of, ‘What the F-word? You just ran into me.'”

The trial is set to continue and there is a strong possibility that Paltrow’s husband Brad Falchuk, who she married in 2018 will have to testify. It makes sense seeing as this was supposed to be THE family trip where they all got together to co-habitat and test out if they can all be together in one home.

In case anyone is unaware, for the first several years of their marriage Falchuk and Paltrow lived separately for the comfort of their children from past relationships.

The actress is being mocked for her answers last week on the stand. She complained about losing half a day of skiing in Utah where the family vacation was taking place. She was also called out for rolling her eyes a lot during what she may have believed to be matter-of-fact questions.

Overall fans following along have commented the most about Paltrow seeming like a snob after countersuing Sanderson for $1 and being enamored at this next-level idea that her attorney brought to her.

It gave fans a chuckle and even had Sanderson’s attorney fixated on asking Paltrow if she learned that trick from one of her celebrity pals.
