Jana Kramer Goes Red Carpet Official With New Beau Allan Russell: 'I Feel Very Blessed'

Jana Kramer is expressing her willingness to get married again.

The country music singer has been married three times before to known names such as Johnathan Schaech and Mike Caussin. After nearly two months since the "One Tree Hill" star made her relationship with the British football coach, Allan Russell, public on Instagram, the celebrity and her boyfriend have taken a significant step forward by attending their first red carpet event as a couple.

While making their debut on the iHeartRadio Music Awards red carpet, the actress spoke about her continued belief in marriage. The 39-year-old expressed her happiness and gratitude towards her current relationship with the 43-year-old, who she described as a "wonderful man." 

Speaking with PEOPLE, she noted how blessed she felt to be with him. She also pointed out that her amazing and healthy children added to her overall gratitude. Going further, she stated:

"I'm in a new chapter, and it feels really nice. For the first time, I'm really embracing it, and I'm trying to sink in that I deserve this new chapter."

She also noted that being at ease in her new relationship helped her co-parent her two children, Jace and Jolie, with her former spouse, Mike Caussin. Kramer revealed that just before meeting her current boyfriend, she had reached a point of acceptance in her life where she was at peace with the idea of being alone.

She stated that she was no longer resentful towards her ex-husband and had done a lot of self-healing and work to get to that point. The "Can You Duet" guest star credited her newfound inner peace for making it possible for her to be in a healthy relationship.

The mother-of-two shared that many people suggested that finding happiness on one's own was a precursor to finding love. "When you fix your stuff ... then you're happy just being on your own, that's when usually Prince Charming comes in. Mine just happened to be from Scotland," she said. 

She then explained to the outlet that part of her newfound need to keep things out of the public eye was because her partner valued his privacy. She also added that opening up led to unwarranted criticism. 

The "DWTS" alum emphasized that she now preferred to help other people with lessons learned from her experiences rather than from her personal struggles. Previously the star talked about one pertinent aspect of their relationship – not living in the same place. 

The Blast recently shared that during an episode on her podcast, she believed that while they enjoyed each other's company, they were satisfied with maintaining a long-distance relationship, at least for the time being.

Additionally, she revealed that deciding not to move to Scotland and opting to stay in Nashville was a decision made with her two young children's well-being in mind. She asserted:

"I can't move right now to England with my two kids. I don't think that would be fair, at the age they are, for my ex and all of that, so what can you do?"

She stated that the ultimate objective was to live in the same place as her boyfriend, but for now, they were exploring alternatives, such as Russell visiting Nashville during his work breaks. 

Kramer is recognized for not only her talents but also her unwavering devotion to her children. She consistently demonstrates her love for her family, from heartfelt social media posts to special celebrations like her daughter's birthday.

Last month, The Blast reported that the singer threw a magical water park party for her 7-year-old that was captured in adorable snapshots shared on social media. In the clip, the little girl was clearly overjoyed with the celebration, from boarding a plane with family and friends to arriving at a fun-filled resort with plenty of arcade games and water activities. 

In the caption, the proud mother expressed her love and happiness for her daughter's birthday, writing in part, "What a special and memorable trip with my babies. Loved celebrating my Jolie, and there is nothing better than seeing your child so happy."
