The outspoken Ashley Graham does not shy away from giving her fans regular updates about her life while also serving as an emulatable figure with her body positivity notes.
Despite being a mother to three young boys, the plus-size model has a body to die for, which she proudly flaunts whenever she gets on and off social media.
Most recently, she showed the world how she achieved her sexy backside, using only a particular workout routine guided by her fitness instructor.

Graham is staying fit and focusing on her derriere growth using a challenging routine she shared on her Instagram Story with her fans. She uploaded a 37-second video of herself sporting leggings, a vest, and trainers, in a gym surrounded by multicolored barbells while carrying a barbell herself to be used for her workout session.
As she carried the gym tool, weighing a ton, she had a comical expression, indicating how heavy it was, and her instructor encouraged her to progress with the routine. The fitness trainer could be heard in the background advising the supermodel to keep her posture straight and breathe steadily as she carried the barbells.
Graham, whose face was makeup free with her hair tied in a messy ponytail, raised and lowered the barbell to her shin level a couple of times before attempting to put it down with relief showing on her face. Attached to the video was a message that read, “That’s what a homegrown [peach emoji] looks like – Let’s Go @kirastokesfit.”
The insightful update comes after the 35-year-old announced that she and her husband of more than a decade, Justin Ervin, are done having kids. The couple shares three boys and never imagined parenting them would be challenging without the help of Graham’s mother.
The IMG model dished on the difficulties and revealed her husband got a vasectomy in an interview on the “Milk Drunk” podcast by the organic formula brand Bobbie.
She touched on why she and her husband waited nine years after their marriage before having kids, revealing that the waiting period helped them get to know each other and communicate better.
Graham also admitted that after her first son, she was eager for another, and when she got pregnant with twins, she was not prepared for the outcome of having three kids suddenly. She had a harrowing birth with her twins last year, almost resulting in her dying from an alarming hemorrhage and ultimately leading her husband to undergo a vasectomy.
The mother-of-three further said of having three children, “I don’t know what it’ll be like going from one to two, and, when I’m hanging out with the three of them, and somebody comes to take one of the equation, I’m like, ‘Wow, two is still easy.”
She then disclosed that the body changes that came with pregnancy and her body being necessary for her career were the most challenging.
“I think for me,” Graham explained, “it was my body that changed and having my body be a part of my work, and it being something that is a topic of conversation and one that I’m gonna be talking about for the rest of my life, that was probably the hardest thing for me.”

Graham and her husband never tire of doing things as a couple and supporting one another, even during workout sessions.
The twosome had an enjoyable workout session earlier in January, which the brown-eyed TV presenter naturally shared with fans on Instagram. She uploaded a gym snap featuring her wearing a black body-hugging bodysuit with a zip in the middle that dropped down to expose some cleavage.
Graham struck an amusing pose in front of the gym mirror, playfully flaunting her muscles while a serious-looking Ervin had his hands on his hips as he stood a few feet behind her.
The videographer was dressed in a black shirt with no vest, highlighting his abs, and looked like he had just finished an intense workout session. Taking to the caption, the body positivity advocate wrote, “both ripped, both have boob sweat,” and fans dropped delightful remarks of praise in no time.
