32-year-old Carly Baker is known for her time as a UFC ring girl, but when she is not inside the Octagon, she can be found posting scandalous photos to her Instagram page to grab the attention of her nearly 250,000 followers.
And her latest photo is no different.

The UFC ring girl stunned her Instagram followers by sharing a photo of herself in nothing but a pair of white underwear and a tight pale yellow tight crop top. She is straddling on the bed, showing off her long, toned legs.
She captioned the post with a simple white heart emoji, “🤍,” but that did not stop fans from commenting on the photo.
“Simply stunning 😍😍😍,” one fan wrote as another chimed in, “My Sexy Queen! I Love You Honey! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 xoxo.”
A third expressed, “Absolutely gorgeous 🔥,” while one user commented, “You are very beautiful 😍 ❤️.”
Carly Baker Makes UFC Debut
In 2014, Baker went from UFC ring girl to UFC fighter when the company launched the strawweight division.
“When I heard the UFC were launching a strawweight division I knew I had to be a part of it,” Baker said. “I loved being an Octagon Girl but I’m hanging up my round cards and can’t wait to make my debut – this time, inside the Octagon.”
At the time, she said “I don’t have a date for my debut yet but [UFC matchmakers] Joe Silva and Sean Selby are working on an opponent for me. Entering the TUF 20 house would be a dream come true but I’d love to fight on the UFC Fight Night Berlin card on May 31st if I could.”
Since, she had two fights, one win was by knockout, but she has gone back to focusing on being a ring girl.
UFC Pranks Carly Baker
“The UFC pranked me on April Fool’s – they announced I was going to fight and for a second I was terrified they were serious,” she admitted. “Sometimes I think I’d like to, but then I see someone like Ronda Rousey go to work in the flesh and it’s insane.
“I’m quite fond of my face the way it is now, so I’ll stick to being on the other side of the cage,” she continued.
In order to stay in shape, Baker admitted to going to the gum four or five times a week — sometimes even six. “Fitness is my biggest passion, so I hit the gym four or five days a week – six if I can,” she recently said in an interview. “As a qualified personal trainer, I know what I’m doing and I love cardio. I also do a lot of resistance training.
“You don’t see many women hitting the weights, but they’re amazing for building functional strength and burning fat. I like switching up sessions every time, but the common theme is going hard and getting my heart rate up.”
