Tia Mowry Lauds Her Impressive Weight Loss Inspired By Her Kids
The “Detention” actress took time to reflect on health decisions since she gave birth to her children, Cairo and Cree, and celebrated her consistency. She uploaded pictures on Instagram that captured the amazing transformation.
Tia began the carousel with a throwback snap of holding her daughter Cairo who was still a baby. The picture displayed her postpartum body, as her belly was still slightly protruding. Following this image was another snap of her postpartum belly.
The mom of two did well to include her transition process in her documentation. She added a clip of her jumping ropes, highly focused and dedicated. From there, the 44-year-old actress added some images showing her slim waist without the baby pouch visible in the first image.
More clips on the slideshow showed the actress doing several workout routines in the gym. Alongside the transition pictures, the actress shared her inspiration behind her dedicated weight loss.
She wrote, “Since having children I have become more conscious of my lifestyle as a whole. I am more attentive to the food ingredient list and other daily use products. I’ve wanted to share my love of movement and dance with my children, and live life to the fullest alongside them."
Tia continued, “So, I challenge myself. I challenge myself because I know I am strong. I challenge myself because I know my worth. I challenge myself to FEEL good. To release. To progress mentally and physically. This is my journey of challenging myself to move forward, because that is what we must do in everything. For our loved ones, and for ourselves.”
The “Tia & Tamera” star’s inspirational post received attention from her fans, and many gushed about the actress being an inspiration. A fan remarked, “Yass girl !!! You are an inspiration for so many ❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏” another fan gushed, “ The bounce back was 🔥”
This is not the first time the “Med school” actress has flaunted her impressive weight loss. Last December, The Blast reported that she proudly showed off her well-toned physique, highlighting the changes she has undergone these past year.
The “Twitches” star participated in the “How it started vs. How it’s going” trend to delight her fans. Mowry was seen at different phases of her life. The clip began with a chubbier version of herself doing squats and having a fitness session with an instructor. It then showed her current body, with evident changes.
Tia captioned the clip, “POV: you stayed consistent. Working on myself, for myself, by myself. Let’s get it!!”
Mowry Launched A Healthy Hair Care Line For All Hair Types
The Tv personality is all about a healthy life, and she’s not just focusing on her body. She extends that care to her hair. The Tv producer started the year by launching a haircare line. As reported, Mowry revealed that her hair care brand, “4U,” is clean and sustainable.
The businesswoman further explained why she started the brand, recalling her childhood. According to her, so many bottles of products were in her house for different hair types. Mowry added that she wanted to create a product for all hair types.
“You would have eight different hair care products for all of the individuals within the household, and I wanted to simplify that. It was really important for me to create a formula that works on all hair textures.”
The mother-of-two further disclosed that as a child, other kids picked on her because of her hair. As such, she wanted to make sure her products help women with pattered hair love their hair more.
Mowry also pointed out that the hair care line was affordable and healthy. She declared, “it’s about the experience—feeling good about our purchase. Not just feeling good about our purchase when it comes to finances, but we’re feeling good about our purchase when it comes to safe, clean, good for us.”
