Tekashi 6ix9ine has suffered an unexpected beating from unidentified men.
The rapper's well-being has become the talk of the internet since news of him getting attacked inside a gym without his security in sight went live in the early hours of Wednesday. The unfortunate episode comes just days after the "Get The Strap" hitmaker physically confronted an attendee at the World Baseball Classic quarterfinals at LoanDepot Park, Miami.
Tekashi 6ix9ine Rushed To The Hospital After Sustaining Injuries In Surprise Attack
Even though rappers' lives are filled with excitement, they usually get their fair share of hate from the audience. For 6ix9ine, the day of reckoning came when a group of yet-to-be-identified men jumped him in the sauna of a South Florida LA Fitness.
According to his lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, the "Stoopid" was alone in the facility when the strangers jumped him, throwing enough punches to require medical attention. Lance Lazzaro claimed that his client's attempts to fight the attackers were unsuccessful since they outnumbered him.
Luckily, nearby gym staff who heard the unusual ruckus immediately called the police and emergency services. The Brooklyn drill artist was then taken to the hospital in an ambulance.

Photos obtained by TMZ show 6ix9ine — real name Daniel Hernandez — with a swollen face and a gash near his cheek, with sources informing the outlet that he also injured his ribs, jaw, and back in the violent incident.
The "Gotti" rapper's lawyer disclosed that there would be contact with federal authorities to coordinate extra security following the attack. Meanwhile, on social media, a video showcased two men punching and kicking the rainbow-haired celebrity as he lay on the gym's bathroom floor.
A second footage showed the 26-year-old with blood streaming down his face as he left the bathroom and walked into the gym's central area.
While it remains unclear whether the incident has anything to do with his past legal problems, it is worth noting that the "Bebe" rapper made controversial headlines after he shared his opinion on Kanye West's anti-Semitic remarks.
Per The Blast, the platinum-certified vocalist joined Andrew Tate on his "Tate Speech" podcast, where he referred to Ye as a "wolf" who was "standing on business." He further stated:
"I love Kanye. I love what he stands for, and he does what the f**k he wants. When there's billionaires, trillionaires, millionaires in your ear, and they're saying, 'Kanye, this is not the respectable thing.'"
6ix9ine added that the father-of-four had done so much hard work to avoid "bowing down to a dollar." You would recall that Ye's life took a dramatic turn after he shared his dislike of the Jewish people during interviews and on social media. Things eventually came to a head when he tweeted:
"I'm a bit sleepy tonight but when I wake up I'm going death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE. The funny thing is I actually can't be Anti Semitic because black people are actually Jew also You guys have toyed with me and tried to black ball anyone whoever opposes your agenda."
Several brands, including Adidas, have since cut business ties with the "Jesus Walks" rapper.
The 'FEFE' Rapper Gets Sued For Skipping Out On Paid Concerts
Last April, The Blast obtained legal documents showing that the "Hellsing Station" hitmaker was getting sued by a company called Streammusic, alleging that he had violated a previous contract with them. As it throned out, 6ix9ine made a deal to perform several private concerts within a stipulated venue in Los Angeles.
The agreement reached in August 2021 included an upfront payment of $150,000 for the rapper to sign the deal. By signing the docs, he agreed to "perform two musical concerts," with Streammusic getting the rights to live stream an audiovisual broadcast of the performances.
Unfortunately, none of the plans manifested, resulting in Streammusic suing the "Locked Up" hitmaker for fraud and asking for over two million dollars in damages. The company explained that the payment was for "compensatory damages no less than $1 million and for exemplary or punitive damages of no less than $1 million."
In another part of the filing, the plaintiff noted that the time they spent planning the event was possible due to "significant financial and human resources in connection with preparing for and marketing the performances that Defendant agreed to perform, including hours of marketing meetings, hours of curating video assets, hours of development embedding videos into Plaintiff's mobile application, hours of curating other assets and managerial tasks, and arrangements for extra security measures."
