A third image unveiled Travis's head tattoo of the Virgin Mary, and in a subsequent snap, that tattoo was etched on Kourtney’s long veil. In the post’s caption, the excited Mrs. Barker celebrated her dream dress while revealing its inspiration.

She continued, "The first inspiration for my dress was when Travis, 47, and I were watching Guns N’ Roses November Rain video one night before we were even engaged, and we said to each other 'this has to be our wedding.' She was wearing a short dress and I thought to myself, 'I need a short dress!'"

The 43-year-old added that having the wedding in Portofino also contributed to the vibes of the dress. Kourtney further highlighted that she wanted her wedding to look like a runaway wedding before adding that having Travis’ tattoo woven into her veil made it more special.

In her words, "When @dolcegabbana suggested putting Travis’s head tattoo of the Virgin Mary on the handmade lace veil with the words from his tattoo: family, loyalty, respect underneath, I got chills and knew how special that felt."

Concluding her caption, the “KUWTK” star thanked everyone who worked to make her dream dress come true. However, the excitement didn't stop there. The eldest daughter of the Kardashian clan seems to be full of wedding dress ideas. On her Instagram stories, she shared another wedding dress inspiration. The dress featured a slim bodice and ruffled details.

In the caption, the wellness enthusiast teased having another wedding, writing, “Need one more wedding so I can do this @jeanpaulgaultier,” Kourtney teased. While the Lemme founder has another wedding dress idea brewing, not many people liked her dream wedding dress.

As The Blast reported fans criticized the dresses the socialite wore, and even the custom-made Dolce and Gabbana dress wasn’t spared from eagle-eyed fans.

One observer commented, “That wedding veil/mini skirt combo is hilarious, and another asked, “Dear God, what is she wearing?” Another observer added, “Happy for her and all but oh God, not the dress sorry it’s so bad.”

Some compared her outfits for both weddings — the courthouse wedding and the destination wedding — to a "Halloween costume," while others were focused on the embroidery of the Virgin Mary on her veil.

One fan demanded, "Beautiful yes, but why do that to Virgin Mary? why put her on black? I don’t get it ?," while another lashed out, writing, "I loved Kourtney until all this leather and lace and pictures of holy Mary and other religious stuff and black veils. What is she trying to do? She’s over 40 and has 3 children looking at her for direction."
