Many people on social media are speaking their minds on Gwyneth Paltrow's recent "wellness routine" reveal. While most of the comments are about how absurd it is and how what she does should not be considered "wellness" in any way, Bethenny Frankel has another side to share. The "Real Housewives Of New York City" alum took to TikTok to explain the other side to this argument.

Frankel, known for sharing her outspoken opinions on social media, shared some thoughts on Paltrow's recent podcast episode in which she explains her typical day's wellness routine. She simply captioned her video, "This is her."

During the podcast, Paltrow said she has bone broth for lunch, intermittent fasts, eats paleo for dinner, and works out for at least an hour a day. This left many people confused about where wellness is hiding in her day. Lots of people left their thoughts about why her "wellness routine" is unhealthy for her and for anyone who decides to follow her lead in the comments of the TikTok video.

Frankel took a different stance than most others. As she holds a tub of ice cream that she never digs into, she begins her video asking, "Why does anyone care if Gwyneth Paltrow says that she drinks bone broth for breakfast and intermittent fasts?"

She then reminds her viewers of some of the things that Paltrow has done and promoted in the past. "This is the woman that does cupping and ozone therapy up the a** and only ate macrobiotic for years until she was pregnant and then she ate meat, which was like an uproar," she continued.

"And she has a wellness website and she's all about acai and wheatgrass and chia and all this sh** and making money on it hand over fist in all the products, so you can't expect a dog to be a cat."

Frankel also reminded everyone that Paltrow "made millions off a candle that was called 'This Candle Smells Like My Vagina.'"

The former reality star claims that Paltrow's fanbase is made up of "middle aged moms" and not younger people, so while many say this could spark eating disorders, Frankel doesn't think so.

"So when people are talking about eating disorders, my daughter doesn't know who Gwyneth Paltrow is," she said. "So, it's not for 18-year-olds. I think it's for moms and we all know her schtick. We've been hearing her schtick for years."

Bethenny Frankel's TikTok Followers Had A Lot To Share In The Comment Section

While there were many people who agreed with Frankel's vent session, it hit a nerve in others who took to the comment section to share why.

Many asked why she was holding the tub of ice cream and if that was just for dramatic purposes and others explained why Paltrow shouldn't be sharing such toxic information.

"Because a lot of people look to her as a health expert and it was very irresponsible of her to say that," one person pointed out. "Moms can have eating disorders too. Middle aged women can develop eating disorders in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond. It’s not an age thing," said another.

One other person added, "Because she states what she eats while simultaneously using an IV for her actual nutrients. IE it is unobtainable as true wellness."

Another follower made a comment that would prove many people's concern is real that some will want to follow Paltrow's "wellness routine," "Me at Goop HQ for the podcast recording… she looked amazing IRL. I’ll do what she does 😂."

To back Frankel up, one follower wrote, "She’s been like this for years.. I don’t know how people are just now realizing it," and another added, "She’s living her life the way she wants and people are hating on her for it."
