The affectionate duo could be seen snuggled up in a car as they played a song they wrote themselves. The 41-year-old took to her Instagram story to celebrate the special occasion by posting a picture of the drummer sporting a big smile and carrying a bouquet of red roses. She wrote, "Our first year is gonna be hard to beat, but here's to trying! I love you, babyyyyy ? Happy Anniversary."
The 28-year-old also uploaded a picture of the actress smiling while holding a margarita glass on their Instagram story. They captioned the image, "365 days adoring you ❤️ ." Stause then reposted it and wrote at the bottom, "????. When my love of Elvis & my actual love mix."
