Brandon Walsh and Steve Sanders are more than just bros in Beverly Hills, they're now also both involved in a lawsuit over money regarding the reboot of "Beverly Hills, 90210."

Jason Priestley has been served with a subpoena stemming from his co-star Ian Ziering’s court battle with his former agent over his paycheck for the ‘90210’ reboot.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Jason Priestley was recently dragged into Ian Ziering’s ongoing lawsuit with his former talent agency, Kazarian/Measures/Ruskin & Associates, Inc. (“KMR”), who claim the actor owes them a cut of his reboot money.

Ziering's former agency believes there are text messages between the two stars regarding conservations about the reboot, and they believe the messages could be the smoking gun to prove that they are owed tons of money.

Ziering has already filed documents asking the court to put the entire case on pause, arguing the battle should be heard with the California Labor Commissioner instead of the courts because it’s related to talent agents.

The actor also claims his ex-agent is improperly trying to drag his co-stars into the battle by subpoenaing them and demanding they turn over private messages. The documents claim another "90210" cast member was also served, but Ziering does not name them.

In regard to the claims of money owed, Ziering says his former agents already signed a settlement with him that covered all their qualms. He also accuses them of dropping the ball when he told them to contact CBS to discuss a reboot in the first place.

Ziering wants the entire case put on hold until the Labor Commissioner can sort it all out.

Meanwhile, the alumni at Torrance High have already reunited for their first table reads and promo shoots, and the reboot is scheduled to premiere in August.
