Rapper Lil' Boosie is in serious need of his diabetes medication, and he is so desperate he decided to ask his vast social media following if they could score any in Atlanta, Georgia.

Boosie Badazz just posted a picture of a specific daily injectable Insulin pen, hoping that someone can deliver it to him in Atlanta. The medication is common for those suffering from Type 1 diabetes, but it's not something most people share with anyone else.

But, if the person does not get the proper daily doses, the situation can be deadly.

"Who got this in atl?" Boosie captioned a picture on IG of the injectable pen.

As you can imagine, this is a very serious situation, and the rapper is hoping someone on Instagram will see the message and hook him up until he can get back home.

Shockingly, this is not the first time Boosie has begged his IG followers for help scoring Insulin -- as we reported, the rapper has asked fans in Florida and Georgia in the past for help getting access to the medication.

"Get that s--t from the Doctor or a legit place not on the streets boosie!" one fan posted. Another added "Boosie, you need a private nurse or a woman that really care bout you, this ridiculous you don’t never have your medicine man."

Interestingly, several fan sent messages of support, including one who said, "wrote your team months ago, I had six boxes. I never received a response back, so we donated them."

Unfortunately, a few fans have the medication but they are not in Atlanta, most are in other states.

So, Now What?

As we reported, in the past many suggested Boosie just walk into a CVS or local pharmacy and simply as for a small supply until he can make it back home.

"Walgreens or CVS should be able to give you an emergency vial, some Walmart's sell single doses," a fan wrote in the past. Obviously, this isn't a control substance like pain medication, and it seems pharmacies should be willing to help.

In the end, we would have to agree with most of Boosie's fans -- he is a multi-millionaire surrounded by an entire team of employees. Someone needs to be responsible for the medications!
