Miley Cyrus' Fans Get A Little 'Emo' Watching Her New Disney Plus Special!

Miley Cyrus' fans will be able to experience the lush summer vibes of her latest album "Endless Summer Vacation" in a special for Disney Plus!

Cyrus may have gone through countless career transformations since her "Hannah Montana" days, and the first-time listeners got a chance to 'meet' her through her first album, "Meet Miley Cyrus," but her Disney roots aren't far behind!

The 30-year-old "See You Again" singer released her latest album "Endless Summer Vacation" yesterday. The album's first single "Flowers" has achieved massive success; it has reached number one in multiple countries, including her ex-husband's native Australia!

It's hard to believe a decade has gone by since Cyrus' career-defining "Bangerz" album was released! Cyrus is now eons away from those days when she swung naked on a wrecking ball for the song of the same name's much-discussed music video.

Cyrus sits in her living room in the footage for Disney+'s 'Backyard Sessions' teaser trailer and reveals the inspiration for "Endless Summer Vacation." "I always need to reinvent myself," she says. "I'm doing it for the reason I started writing music because I love it," she concludes in the trailer.

The bond between Cyrus and her latest album is incredibly close; she also proclaims she has "been calling this album 'the Cinderella shoe', because it's just a perfect fit."

Cyrus announced she would be teaming up with Disney at the beginning of the month.

Rufus Wainwright can also be found in Cyrus' backyard. His appearance isn't the first collab with today's most popular pop princesses; Wainwright teamed up with Carly Rae Jepsen last year for her track, "The Loneliest Time."

Wainwright had plenty of love for his pal on Twitter! He tweeted, "What a thrill to accompany you @MileyCyrus! Thanks for zhuzhing it up! March 10th on @DisneyPlus just three days after my single with @brandicarlisle drops who is also on your album. We should be related!"

A new album era always features a lot of chatter from fans on social media! Naturally, Cyrus' fans had plenty to say about the new special! Cyrus' promotional team is gearing up to fuel that conversation; Miley World, her longtime official fan club, hosted a viewing party on Saturday morning.
