Gymnast Aly Raisman is dusting off her green thumb for one last try at making her melons grow. The 26-year-old former Olympian may have retired from the mat last year but she's already found a new hobby to hog up her time. Taking to her social media on Valentine's Day, the single and flexible fox posted a video to her Instagram showing a brand new present she bought for herself.

Working around the chilly Boston air, Aly Raisman proved she still has her champion mentality by giving her gardening skills one last try.

Turning the camera on herself, Aly Raisman wore no makeup at all. Showing off her natural beauty with her hair up and out of her face, the star looked refreshed in a blue crew neck sweater while dropping some green thumb tips.

Holding up a crate full of empty holes, the former "Final Five" captain revealed she's going round two with her AeroGarden in another attempt to grow fruits and vegetables like melons, cucumbers, tomatoes, and more after failing the last time. Scroll to see Aly talking about her melons!

Holding up her seed starter kit, the gymnast told her followers that gardening brings her "a lot of joy" and calmness. "It really helps me stay present and in the moment so I really enjoy it. I find it really healing," Aly Raisman explained. Showing off a whole lot of holes, the retired Olympian stated, "I'm going to be putting as many things as I can in here."

Working around the cold Boston weather, Aly Raisman continued by saying this system helps her grow her melons indoors before she's able to transfer them outside when it gets warmer. Keep scrolling for the video!

Telling her followers that her last attempt at growing watermelon and cantaloupe didn't go as planned, Aly Raisman blamed the failed try at starting "too late in the season" so now, she's getting a headstart! The gymnast has been successful with her green thumb in the past and recently let her blue-eyed beauty, her puppy Mylo, show off the fruits of her labor.

Aly Raisman is all about that zen lifestyle. From her braless mediation to her doggy-style squeezes with her pooch, her fans' support isn't going anywhere even if she fails at growing her melons again.
