Derulo, who regularly shares videos on TikTok, talked to PEOPLE last year about how his son with ex Jena Frumes, Jason King, 22 months, already loves to be in front of the camera.

"It's crazy. He loves being in front of the camera and it's like he almost turns on," Derulo said. "He just really takes to it really well. Whenever you put the camera on him, he just turns it on and starts smiling. It's exciting."

Derulo also shared that his son really loves music. "If he's not feeling well, or if he's having a moment, if you turn on some music, that moment goes away in an instant," he said. "Some of my favorite moments are when I bring him to the studio and he's dancing the whole time."
