When Emma Heming vowed to be with Bruce Willis through good and bad, the model was not joking!
The gorgeous brunette is famous for stealing the Hollywood veteran's heart a couple of years after his divorce from the actress Demi Moore. Despite the 23-year age gap between the pair, the lovebirds enjoy a blissful relationship blessed with two daughters.
Following the renowned actor's retirement due to health issues, the Hollywood Walk of Fame honoree has been in the loving care of his family. However, his wife's fight to protect his privacy and well-being during this difficult period has been misconceived by the public.
Here is what Heming had to say about those judging her concern for Willis!
Emma Heming Slams Critics For Claiming She Used Her Husband's Health As A Stepping Stone For Fame
A month after the "Die Hard" actor's ongoing battle with frontotemporal dementia was announced, his beautiful wife responded to accusations about her impure intentions. In an Instagram video, the former La Senza lingerie spokesmodel cleared the air about her actions.
Dressed in a blue top with her luscious brown hair falling in gentle waves, the runway alum looked beautiful, rocking her bare face and animal-print glasses. "I just saw something about me getting my five minutes, which is great," the 44-year-old began her emotional speech.
"Which means that you're listening," the Malta native continued. "So I'm going to take my five minutes, and I'm going to turn it into ten because I'm always going to advocate for my husband."
The media personality noted that while she had the public's attention, she would continue to raise awareness about frontotemporal dementia. Besides ensuring the world understood her husband's plight, the model planned on using her platform to give credit to caregivers, whom she described as "unsung heroes."
Getting emotional, Heming declared she would not allow the hate to undermine her efforts and promised to use her pain to shed light on the disease. "I am going to turn my grief and my anger and my sadness and do something good around something that feels less than," the entertainer announced.
As for those who misjudged her intentions as a ploy for fame, the "Red" star's wife ended her speech sternly warning the haters. "So, watch this space because I didn't come to play," the 44-year-old said, echoing similar sentiments in her caption.

"Just over here turning my 5 mins into 10. I've sat around quietly for too long, and I'm so ready to be embraced by this solid and loving community my family and I find ourselves in while trying to lift them up in return. Let's go," the post's caption read.
Additionally, Heming added the hashtags: "#ftdawareness #dementiaawareness #caregiversupport" to emphasize her commitment to advocating for her husband's disease. The Malta native's words touched the hearts of thousands, who praised her in the comments.
Leading the tribute was the "Live Free or Die Hard" star's daughter from his previous marriage, Scout LaRue Willis. The 31-year-old hailed her step-mum with the sweet message: "HELL YES! I am so so proud of you!"
MBE global makeup artist Ruby Hammer joined the praise wagon by writing: "You are strong, and your voice is getting louder and stronger… watching this space and always here to support you."
Fashion journalist Laura Brown penned: "Drive it like you stole it, lady. We are with you." Although this post came a day before International Women's Day, it was heartwarming to see these icons supporting Heming.
Bruce Willis's Wife Implored Paparazzi To Respect Her Husband's Space
Before dropping her latest Instagram post, The Blast reported that Heming had faced off with the paparazzi on her social media page a few days ago. In the clip, the 44-year-old appealed to media bodies not to hurt Willis in their search for juicy stories.
"This one is going out to the photographers and video people that are trying to get those exclusives of my husband out and about. Just keep your space," the model said. "I know this is your job, but maybe just keep your space."
The mother-of-two explained that as a dementia patient, the paparazzi should not be yelling at the Hollywood veteran or trying to get his attention with loud noises. "Give him the space," the New Jersey Hall of Fame honoree's wife begged.
"Allow for our family or whoever’s with him that day to be able to get him from Point A to Point B safely," the model added, noting that the lack of awareness about dementia put her husband at risk with uneducated media personnels.
