The sad experience occurred at GloRilla’s and Finesse2Tymes show on March 5 at the Main Street Armory in Rochester, N.Y., around 11 p.m. It followed that the crowd rushed towards the exit, probably frightened by a banging sound which they assumed were gunshots.

The Canadian city has housed some big names like Drake, The Weeknd, and NAV, and GloRilla’s relocation would be an addition to the list. So far, the “Blessed” rapper has done well since she released the viral “F. N.F” song in 2022. She went on to collaborate with Grammy-winning artists Cardi B and Latto that same year.

The “Blessed” rapper says she always knew things would be good for her, but she wasn’t aware when it would happen. She previously told BET, “Every year since I started rapping I would be like ‘Aight, this gone be the year it pop off.”

While everyone mourns the heart-breaking event, the Police have stated that the incident is still under investigation.
