'VPR' Raquel Leviss Fires Off Legal Docs To Co-Stars, A Forewarning To Haters

Raquel Leviss is warning her cast members not to share that sexy Facetime with Tom Sandoval, it’s allegedly revenge porn.
Raquel Leviss Is A Victim Of Non-Consent
The most hated reality TV star right now, Raquel is claiming that the video Ariana Madix saw of her on FaceTime with Tom, the one that ended their nine-year relationship was filmed without her consent.
According to TMZ Leviss and her lawyer has drawn up legal docs to send off to her co-stars warning them that if they share this video with anyone, there will be consequences. The doc that was also sent to her friends warns that the recording "was done illegally without Raquel's knowledge or consent."
Her lawyer went on to cite a revenge porn law of "nonconsensual pornography", this means it’s a crime and does indeed invade Raquel’s privacy.
‘Vanderpump Rules’ Stars Could Be In Violation
The legal doc goes into further detail and insists that anyone sharing this video via a post on social media, or even showing someone off of their own device will be violating the law which is under the California penal code.
The letter apparently doesn’t mention or accuse Tom of illegally recording Raquel but it’s a fact that it was only the two of them on the FaceTime call. Raquel’s lawyer goes on to insist that anyone who still has the recording in "any other manner or method in which the recording may exist," needs to get rid of it immediately.
No one wants to hear a cloud hacking story months from now because they forgot to delete the video from their backup. It’s not a good look whether your on team Raquel or team Ariana. The letter said explicitly, "This matter should be taken very seriously."
Tom Sandoval Was Just At Raquel Leviss’ Apartment
It’s safe to say that Raquel has no problems with Tom possibly recording her illegally because the singer was just spotted sneaking into his sneaky link’s home last night. Supposedly, he has been spending a lot of time there.
Tom is no longer sleeping at the Valley Village home he owns with Ariana. The “Fancy AF Cocktails” author has been hunkering down in her $2 million home with friends from Vanderpump Rules.
Many of the women on the show were seen heading over to Ariana’s home when the news broke and it appears to be 100% true. Since then Ariana has been spotted coming and going from her home and she is not happy the paparazzi are seeing her during this horrible time.
She flipped off the paps while trying to get back in her home after a Mcdonalds' run. Can we let the homegirl eat her comfort food in peace? Meanwhile, Tom was spotted “dressed in all black like the omen” and even sported a sinister smile just a lucky snap we think.
Bravo Stop Hiring People Named ‘Tom’
Look, we have nothing against the name Tom but fans are calling out Bravo for allowing all these Toms to invade their beloved Bravo shows and run amuck! The name Tom has been trending.
Tom Sandoval is only the latest Tom piss-off Bravo fans we still have grudge against Tom Girardi for the victims that he allegedly stole from via his law firm Girardi Keese. We will never forget about Luann De Lesseps's one-time husband Tom D'agostino who was spotted kissing a woman in a hotel lobby shortly after marrying the countess.
And of course, Tom Schwartz who was spitting on Katie Maloney’s wishes and attempting to hook up with Raquel on this current season of Vanderpump Rules and so many other messed up things that took place throughout the relationship.
And now, Tom Sandoval. Bravo, we implore you to start vetting potential "Tom's" on a different level.
