The reality star along with her pop star brother, Jeffrey Kung, and her husband Rob Minkoff are all being named in a lawsuit filed by a female named Candice Shahandeh-Rad. In the lawsuit, she claims she was rear-ended by a car owned by the couple.

Jeffrey was driving the car at the time and according to the legal docs obtained by TMZ, the victim claims he admitted to being distracted when he exited the car to assess the damage. The whole accident went down at a stop.

Shahandeh-Rad said that she was stopped at the offramp of a freeway when she was struck from behind. Her car was then pushed into the back of the car in front of her essentially causing a three-car collision.

Shahandeh-Rad has described the accident as “sudden and violent” and claims that she has suffered injuries from the accident and her car is damaged. The victim is wrapping Crystal and Rob up in all of this because she claims the car Jeffrey was driving is owned by the couple.

Fans of the reality show know that Jeffrey doesn’t live in the United States and when he visits California he usually stays with his big sister. He has been seen on the show in the background hanging around and sometimes engaging with the camera.

The victim indicated in her legal documents that she believes that Rob and Crystal own the car and possibly employ her brother as a driver. Regardless of the relation or reasoning, the victim’s car was hit, and she wants all three family members to take responsibility.

The mom of two is married to Rob who is a film director and responsible for some fan-favorite Disney movies like Lion King, Stuart Little, and The Haunted Mansion. So needless to say, they have the money to cover the expenses that could come from this lawsuit.

Recently, the trailer for The Haunted Mansion remake was dropped and features a whole new set of stars who will fill out the cast. LaKeith Stanfield, Tiffany Haddish, Owen Wilson, and Rosario Dawson, will star along with Danny DeVito and Jamie Lee Curtis.

The cast will be rounded out by Dan Levy and Winona Ryder. Rob will also not be working on this remake.

There is also a prequel series in the works called Scar featuring the film's murderous uncle Scar. The series will focus on the birth of Simba and Scar realizing that with his nephew’s birth, he will never be the ruler he was hoping to be.

Again, Rob isn’t a part of this prequel either but let’s be honest, is Rob Minkoff hurting for money after the success he has had? Doubt it and by the look of Crystal’s lifestyle and the money they are handing out in red envelopes; the victim will have room to play with.
