Khloe Kardashian  and Tristan Thompson's reunion appears to be going smoothly.

The exes reunited last year, and are committed to making their relationship work.

Things are going well in the relationship, so well that the two are thinking about taking a big step.

In the trailer for the upcoming season of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," the couple discusses the possibility of having another baby.

The couple is already parents to a two-year-old daughter True, but it seems baby fever is coming to the Kardashian and Thompson household.

Khloe and Tristan's relationship has been filled with drama ever since they began dating in 2016.

Thompson's ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig would give birth to his son Prince shortly after his and Khloe's relationship began. Although Craig claimed Tristan cheated on her with Khloe, he denied the claim.

In April 2018, Tristan became a father again when Khloe gave birth to True. However, the happy occasion was overshadowed by reports that Tristan cheated on Khloe throughout her pregnancy.

Despite his infidelity, Khloe stayed with her man. Yet, less than a year later, Tristan was caught cheating with Kylie Jenner's best friend Jordyn Woods.

Khloe ended her relationship with Tristan, but the two kept things amicable as they co-parented.

Yet, 2020 would set up a reunion between the exes. While in quarantine during the coronavirus pandemic, Khloe and Tristan grew closer, and realized they were still in love.

Since their reunion, Khloe and Tristan have been the subject of marriage and pregnancy rumors.

Khloe was quick to dispel the reports, yet the pregnancy rumors may be gearing back up again.

Khloe's made it known that she'd love to give True a sibling, and even when she and Tristan weren't together, she still wanted to have kids with him. 

During an episode of "KUWTK," Khloe informed her sisters about her plans to have a second baby.

Khloe said she would be freezing her eggs for when the time was right. She also revealed that she had chosen her ex Tristan as the sperm donor.

Khloe's dream of having more kids may be coming true sooner rather than later.

In the upcoming final season of "KUWTK," Khloe and Tristan's relationship will be explored more.

As fans saw last season, Tristan apologized for hurting Khloe and vowed to make it up to her. Khloe decided she was willing to give him another chance.

This season the reunited couple will have a big decision to make on whether to add to their family.

In a preview clip, Khloe is telling Tristan how she feels it's the right time to have a baby.

Tristan is a doting dad to True, and that's one of the reasons Khloe was willing to give him another chance.

As for whether he'll agree to Khloe's opinion that it's the right time for them to have more kids, remains to be seen.

Based on the preview, he's surprised by Khloe's revelation, but doesn't give an answer.

Fans will have to wait until the March 18th premiere to see how the situation plays out with Khloe and Tristan.

But this will certainly add more hype around the couple as fans wait and see if Khloe and Tristan will welcome baby number two anytime soon.
