If the stunning red dress Jamie Lee Curtis wore wasn't enough to win everyone over, her honest and heartfelt speech certainly was.

As her name was announced, Curtis wore a stunned expression before getting up and hugging her co-star, Michelle Yeoh, and giving her a smack on the lips.

Curtis then walked up on stage and took the mike, seemingly overwhelmed by all the applause. Said the "Freaky Friday" actress, "I’m wearing the wedding ring that my father gave my mother. My father was from Hungary and my mother was from Denmark and they had nothing. And they became these monstrous stars in this industry they love so much."

She lightened the moment by adding that her parents hated each other by the end of it, but also clarified that she and her sister were born out of love. Getting a little teary, Curtis continued to say how her parents were actors and that she married one as well. And she loved actors and everything about her job.

She also said that there are many actors who don't always get to work, continuing, "I know you look at me and think nepo baby, and I totally get it! But the truth of the matter is I’m 64 years old and this is just amazing!”

Have a listen! And don't miss the "I say Michelle, you say Yeoh" holler at the end!
