Rumer Willis Knows The Kind Of Kid She & BF Derek Richard Thomas Will Have: '100%'

Excited parents-to-be Rumer Willis and Derek Richard Thomas have huge plans for their unborn child, and fans are here for every detail!

The couple is set to expect their firstborn sometime this year, and Rumer appears to know exactly what the tot would be like, which she naturally shared with the world.

The "DWTS" alum and her boyfriend of about a year are gearing up for parenting mode as they give their Instagram fans a hint of the kind of child they will have.

Taking to Instagram Stories, Rumer, the first daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, reposted a reel showing a view of well-arranged wooden nursery beds with no blossoming plants. The clip featured a text overlay that read, "I was just minding my business in the garden, and I noticed this…"  

The prompt led the person behind the camera to reveal the rear of the nursery, showing a child lying in a sand-filled bed covered with dirt. The little one paid no mind to the camera person but was focused on playing with the earth while making amusing noises.

Rumer was utterly confident that her unborn baby would be like the filmed toddler as she captioned her repost, "This will be 100% @dereckrichardthomas and my kid." Ever since the expectant mother informed fans of her pregnancy late last year, she has ensured to keep fans updated about her well-being whenever she gets it, including her most recent makeup-free display.

As The Blast  reported, over the weekend, she uploaded a picture of herself glowing beautifully with no makeup on — thanks to her pregnancy — as she enjoyed a cuddling session with her cat. Rumer could be seen snuggling with the pet in bed and sporting a cute smile. Her skin looked flawless, with no blemishes, and her curls were tied into a neat high bun.

Not only has her pregnancy contributed to her eye-catching glow-up, but she has also experienced a couple of positive habit changes, which she spoke openly about in an interview on the "Bathroom Chronicles" podcast.

"It's made me upgrade so fast," she divulged. "Like things where I used to have such a nature to be people pleasing or to not stand up for myself for little things that then would kind of get under my skin."

She continued, "I would say literally, maybe even a week after I got pregnant, all of a sudden, it was like, no, no, that's not going to work for me anymore." To that end, the "Hostage" actress got to realize the things she needed to do to "reorient" and "speak up" for herself.

She likened the insight to having a "new question and a new puzzle" suddenly downloaded but with her having a "different operating system. Later in the conversation, Rumer touched on her longtime wish to be a mother. She said:

"It's like one of those weird things that I know sometimes people have such clarity about, like 'Oh, I want to be a musician, I want this,' and it was never a question for me that I wanted to be a mom." 

Such a feeling was like "a divine purpose" to her, making her feel over the moon whenever she thought about it.

While dishing on how being pregnant has made such a significant but helpful impact on her life, Rumer confessed that her biggest desire currently is to bring her bundle of joy into the world safely.

She declared her anticipation to share special moments with the child and her partner Thomas, saying "I can't even…I can't wait!"

Fans will recall that the 34-year-old announced her pregnancy last December via a series adorable images showcasing her baby bump. The father of her unborn baby, Thomas, was also included in the post as she affectionately kissed her swollen midsection.

Naturally, the heartwarming news gained numerous congratulatory messages from friends, family, and fans who could not wait to welcome the infant.

Rumer's mom, Moore, was not left out of the celebration as she reposted the update, adding an overjoyed message that read, "Entering my hot kooky, unhinged grandma era."
