Jennifer Aniston Gushes Over BFF Courteney Cox's Hollywood Walk Of Fame Star

It was a "Friends" reunion for Courteney Cox, Jennifer Aniston, and Lisa Kudrow at the Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony.

The "Scream" actress officially got her name cemented amongst the great stars on February 27, 2023. As Cox becomes the 2,750th person to be bestowed with such an honor on the iconic Los Angeles street, she was joined by her decades-long friends and former co-stars Aniston, Kudrow, and Laura Dern. They all helped mark this prestigious day with heartfelt and emotional speeches at the ceremony.  

The "Bruce Almighty" actress shared three pictures to her Instagram account where she is seen in the company of Kudrow and the honoree. For the occasion, the iconic three coordinated in all-black outfits, with herself and her fellow blonde actress opting for a pant and a trench coat. On the other hand, Cox paired her jacket with a flowing, shiny gown. 

In the first snap, the 54-year-old was positioned on the left side, right next to the "3000 Miles to Graceland" actress holding her plaque. To the right was the "Easy A" actress, and as they posed for the camera, the trio smiled sweetly.

The following slide showed the threesome passionately embracing each other, and finally, the third piggybacked off this cute moment as it also offered a throwback photo of the friends in a group hug. Sure enough, the accompanying caption heightened their friendship and honored Vox's achievement. She wrote:

"Very proud of our girl @courteneycoxofficial today. I love these women with literally every ounce of my heart and soul ❤️ @lisakudrow and I were on a cloud being able to celebrate her and her incredible achievements ⭐."

The post ushered in over three million likes and thousands of comments from fans complimenting the trio's bond and congratulating the HWOF recipient. The actress Reese Witherspoon wrote, "Wow!! Congrats @courteneycoxofficial  !! So well deserved!!"

One follower wrote, "Forever FRIENDS," a second fan commented, "That is nice that you three ladies are just as close in real life." "this is everything! love u 3?," a third fan penned.

With congratulatory emojis, a longtime fan wrote, "Congratulations Courtney for getting your very own star, on the Hollywood Walk of game, so proud of you, fantastic Achievement, very well deserved."

Variety shared an eight-minute clip from the Award ceremony where Aniston and Kudrow took the stage to recount their 30-year friendship. Aniston told the audience:

"To be friends with Courteney is to be family with Courteney. She is responsible for all of that. From the beginning of when we met her, she was immediately inclusive, warm, loving, interested in everything about you."

The pair then reminisced on how they would play poker on the set as a bonding measure. However, Kudrow revealed that when Cox wasn't playing cards, she was remodeling her home -- and taught them all about flipping homes. Toward the end of the speech, the two started crying as they offered more heartfelt comments.

Kudrow said, "Courteney, we just want to say that we are deeply, deeply proud to know you. You are the definition of a truly beautiful, talented, and, what's most important, a truly good and decent human being… Thank you for enriching our lives personally,"

The "Office Space" actress then added, "You're one of the funniest human beings on the planet Earth. Nothing makes me happier than a Courteney joke and always making us smile. And thank you for enriching our lives with your work. We are so proud of you."

Last year, The Blast noted that Cox was not optimistic about featuring in another "Friends" reunion after the successful release of "Friends: The Reunion." During an interview with Variety, Cox chatted with Singer Faith Hill about the possibility of a future reunion. 

The 58-year-old mentioned that although she did not get closure from the last reunion, she is not interested in doing another reunion. She said:

"Walking on the stage at Warner Bros was the most emotional thing, I just immediately burst into tears. So many things had happened, so many years of being together. You name it, we'd gone through it."

Cox continued, "Can you imagine? We're 80 and 'let's go back in,'" referencing how much older all the cast are now.
