Kyle Richards is really about that gym life and the more selfies she posts, the more real her “natural” weight loss becomes.
Kyle Richards Legs Up
The mom of 4 pulled off her party favorite trick with bestie Teddi Mellencamp in the gym. Kyle has her leg shooting straight up in the air and she’s making duck lips because that’s what all the mom-fluencers are doing today, right?
Teddi followed with the duck lips, not the leg lift, Kyle can only achieve that because of a disability she was born with. According to the caption, the woman just finished a hot yoga session.
Teddi has been taking her fitness very seriously for several years now, but Kyle has also clocked into Teddi’s All In accountability workouts and is hoping to just stay healthy and happy in the long run.
Kyle Richards Is Battling Ozempic Rumors
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been defending her toned physique for weeks now. Many people believe that she only looks this great because she is taking Ozempic, the drug that everyone is calling a miracle for its weight loss success.
The drug is actually meant for people battling Type II diabetes. Kyle even had to fight off accusations from Melissa Gorga of the Real Housewives of New Jersey fame. While appearing on SiriusXM’s "Jeff Lewis Live," Melissa messed up and said, “I’m not gonna lie, when I first saw her, I was like, ‘Ooh she’s taking that stuff.’”
The women became close when they appeared on season one of Ultimate Girls Trip. Kyle was obviously annoyed and recently commented that it wasn’t true. “MY fellow Housewives never said such a thing. Another Housewife from a different franchise aka Melissa stated she assumed I was but then texted an apology to me,” wrote Kyle while commenting on an inaccurate post.
Kyle Richards Has No Idea What Ozempic Is
This isn’t the first time that Kyle is shutting down the crazy rumor. At the beginning of the month, she told Page Six she is not on the diabetes medication. “I had never heard of it. I had heard of it when they accused me, but I’d already lost weight by the time I had heard about Ozempic, so it was really frustrating to me.”
Kyle looks phenomenal at 54 and wants others to know they can too. “What I don’t want to get lost in this, is that I want to be able to inspire people.” She dropped the workout routine, a hardcore two hours a day.
She also thanks sobriety and after “gaining weight during the summer,” she cut out sugar and carbs as well. It has been seven months that is no easy task. It looks like that hard work is paying off and Kyle doesn’t want that message to get lost.
At 54, Kyle claims to be in the best shape of her life. It’s also important to mention that Kyle has never been an overweight person so, it wouldn’t take much for her to get toned, Ozempic would be overkill for her frame.
