Zendaya Is A Sultry Goddess In Plunging Silk Gown For The 2023 NAACP Image Awards

Zendaya always delivers on the red carpet, and the recent 2023 NAACP Image Awards was no different. The actress looked stunning in a strapless silk piece from Versace's spring/summer clothing collection from 2002. 

Zendaya shared pictures and videos of herself on the red carpet after the event, which gathered praise from celebrities and fans. Some of the celebs included Donatella Versace herself, Gigi Hadid, Hailey Bieber, Julia Fox, and SZA. Zendaya still changed into a beautiful two-piece that was a recreation of a Prada outfit from its 1993 collection. 

The last time the "Euphoria" star was on an award show red carpet was the 2022 Primetime Emmy Awards.

Zendaya finally returned to the red carpet with a stunning Versace piece at the 2023 NAACP Image Awards, which was held in Pasadena, California. The "Euphoria" star looked absolutely stunning in a strapless silk piece from Versace's spring/summer 2002 collection. 

Zendaya's dress featured a plunging neckline and green highlights, accentuating the actress' figure. The 26-year-old completed her beautiful look with a wavy Bob with loose curls and jewelry from Bulgari. Her longtime stylist, Law Roach, posted a video of the outfit and captioned it, "Period…." 

After the event, Zendaya shared some of her personal pictures and videos from the red carpet on her Instagram Page. She captioned it with words from someone who'd hyped her up on the red carpet, "SERVING SERVING SERVING, whoever you are, thank you… you made my night lol."

The "Malcolm & Marie" actress immediately received thousands of supportive comments from her fellow celebrities and fans. Donatella Versace herself commented on the Instagram post, writing, "Wowwwwww STUNNING." Gigi Hadid proclaimed, "Insaaaanity," and Hailey Bieber wrote, "sheeeeesh," with a heart eyes emoji.

Zendaya's boyfriend and actor Tom Holland commented three heart emojis while singer SZA wrote, "STUNNINGGGGGGGG MY GOODNESS." One fan commented, "Serve serve serve is all you doooo I'm obsessed." Another comment read, "Perfect bone structure, perfect hair, evolving from young beautiful to a beautiful woman love her!! Grace, elegance, and class!!!"

Zendaya's first look wasn't enough, and she stunned fans again while presenting an award during the NAACP ceremony. The former Disney star wore a new version of a Prada two-piece from its spring/summer 1993 collection. Her version was a white bralette and skirt set with a star design and cutouts. 

Per Page Six, Prada designer Miuccia Prada worked with Law Roach to transform the original design of a set of pants into a skirt. Zendaya also posted the second outfit on her Instagram, and it received a lot of praise from fans and celebrities. Actress Shay Mitchell commented, "UNREAL," while Selma Blair wrote, "Sttttoppppp! Too gorgeous."

The last time Zendaya was on an award ceremony's red carpet was in early 2022 when she attended the 2022 Primetime Emmys. For that event, the "Shake it Up" alumni also looked beautiful in a black strapless dress from Valentino. According to Page Six, Zendaya used Sheika Daley and Abdm Studio for her hair and makeup, although she's known for usually doing her own glam. 

At the 2022 Emmys, the actress won big, collecting the "Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series" award for her role as Rue Bennett in "Euphoria." Zendaya's outfit for the event also went viral on social media, with Hailey Bieber calling the look "everything and more" in the comment section of the actress's post. 

Zendaya doesn't just turn heads on the red carpets she attends; she's also been involved in an award ceremony dispute. In 2020, when she received the Emmy award for Best Lead Actress for her "Euphoria" performance, fans went crazy with joy.
