Alyssa Scott is defending her baby daddy, Nick Cannon.

After the birth of their daughter Halo Marie, unlike the birth of his other children with other women, Cannon did not do any big reveal. This certainly caught the attention of some fans who felt he might be treating their newborn differently from his eleven other children.

Over the weekend, Scott engaged her fans in a Q&A session on her Instagram story which led to some of her fans searching for explanations about the "Wild 'N Out" star's refusal to post. The mother-of-two was able to calm the storm with a satisfying response.

Being in Cannon's manifold of baby mamas comes with a strict rule of always setting the record straight regarding issues that may directly involve their children. The Instagram model was recently on her Instagram story putting out fires regarding the father of her second daughter.

During the Q&A session with fans, the mother-of-two was asked, "Are you sad Nick never announced your daughters birth like the others." She answered by examining the reasons things turned out that way by writing, "Her announcement was something I wanted to do. Now he is free to post her as much or as little as he wants."

But they wouldn't budge to such a reply as another fan asked, "Is nick involved in your daughter's life? Feel like he never posts about herπŸ˜”," to which she iterated, "I'm getting a lot of these questions. Like I said. He was respecting my wishes. Now he can post as much or as little as he likes."

In a separate post, one particular follower quizzed, "How did you and Nick meet," alongside a photo of her and a friend in their Wild N Out uniform. Scott jokingly replied, "Lol.. I will say contrary to popular belief it was NOT from wild n out πŸ˜‰."

Fans' suspicion about Cannon not being in his daughter's life might have started last December when The Blast reported how Scott prepared for Christmas with some adorable pictures but did not have her baby daddy in sight.

The 29-year-old posted incredible photos on her Insta story to kickstart the holidays. One picture revealed her in a long red low-back dress with a ruched detail around her butt as she gave a side posture.

The snap also featured her first child, Zeela, standing in front of a well-decorated tree with lit candles and wrapped gift boxes at the bottom. "my favorite time of year πŸŽ„πŸŽŠπŸŽβ€οΈ," she wrote over the post.

The following slide displayed her cute four-year-old daughter sitting at the end of a long white chair in a knee-length flared dress with puff sleeves and a gold band at her waist, paired with long white stockings and gold-colored ballet shoes.

In a separate image, Scott knelt before her toddler, who gazed adoringly at her. The last post was a solo shot of the social media influencer standing in an opaque room with the lights from the beautiful tree. She hung ornaments on the tree and wished her followers "HAPPY HOLIDAYS 🀍."

Cannon, as we mentioned, is a proud father of twelve, and just before the year began, she had an interview with Andy Cohen, who questioned him about his plans for fatherhood.

The Blast noted that the American television host got into the topic of his expanding family on CNN's "New Year's Eve Live." As the show broadcasted live from Times Square, the host, and the actor discussed several things like vasectomies and New Year's resolutions.

Cohen raised a question about the "Masked Singer" host's plans concerning having kids because, to everyone, it looked like he was on a mission to "single-handedly repopulate the Earth," he added, "What is your plan?" Cannon replied:

"Clearly, I don't have a plan. Honestly, man, it's just so much joy and delight that I have, the family I have, and I embrace it. I love it, and I don't have a plan. That should have been clear from the jump."

However, the Bravo host answered with a follow-up question, "A vasectomy?" To deflect, the "Drumline" actor asked him if he wanted him to get the procedure while laughing. Finally, he passionately declared, "This is my body, my choice."
