Jen Selter Flaunts Her Sunned Buns In A Booty Bikini Workout!
In another Instagram post, Jen put her fit physique on display as she worked out in a purple bikini top that featured only one strap over her shoulder. She matched the top with purple bikini bottoms and a purple baseball cap. She wore white sneakers and grabbed animal-print dumbbells as she moved through a series of leg exercises.
She started out the video by doing lateral leg lifts, holding the dumbbells against her upper thighs. She then moved her dumbbells up to her shoulders as she stepped back into a reverse lunge. She then performed stationary lunges before getting down on the floor and doing a few more leg exercises. She then flipped over into a bear crawl position and did back rows and side planks.
In the caption, Jen reminded her followers that “Consistency is the most important component when working to accomplish your goals, in or out of the gym!! We are creatures of habit. The more we practice something, the more natural it becomes and the better we get!!”
“It’s normal to feel out of your zone when you try something new, but the more you do it, the more comfortable you feel!” she continued. “When starting your fitness journey it’s important to take small steps and be proud of yourself every step of the way!!”

Jen Shares A Time Lapse Holding A Headstand On Her Balcony
In another Instagram post, Jen shared a three-second time-lapse video that shows her performing a headstand out on her balcony. She is wearing a neon sports bra with matching high-waisted leggings that stand out against her sun-kissed tan. She matched her look with pink sneakers that remain perched against the railing of her balcony for the duration of the clip.
In the caption, Jen asked her followers, “How long did I hold this position for though?!” One fan guessed “five minutes” while another follower joked, “Until I get there, Jen!” Another fan said “one hour” while another said “twenty minutes.”

In another Instagram video, Jen shared a video that featured her getting dressed in her red Alo Yoga outfit, sliding on her leggings and sports bra over a nude thong and matching bra. After accessorizing her outfit with matching sneakers, Jen hopped onto her stair climber to start working out. When she was done, she hopped down on the yoga mat for a few stretches to cool down.
