Gymnast McKayla Maroney Jiggles Shirtless In Upside-Down Splits

Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney is defying gravity and doing it shirtless. The 25-year-old former athlete and flexibility queen has been keeping TikTok on its toes during the global pandemic, with McKayla recently updating to showcase a killer handstand that turned into a bit of an upside-down jiggle while in the splits. McKayla, best known for going viral with her "unimpressed face" at the London 2012 Olympics, was here proving she can impress 'em. Scroll for the splits action. McKayla, who boasts more followers with her 1.3 million-strong Instagram fanbase, is nonetheless popular on the more gen z-friendly TikTok platform, where her video has been racking up views and comments.

The video, set at home and going low-key, showed the gymnast kicking off by bending over and close up to the camera to set the scene. McKayla showcased her killer cleavage in the skimpiest of white bralettes, with the camera then taking in moves that made her career.

McKayla, dangling her necklace as she went shirtless, then dropped it low and upside-down to whack her legs in the air and eventually showcase tight black yoga pants. Maroney, busting it out to music, yanked her booty high up in the air, turning around on her hands and stretching her legs outwards while ensuring her backside enjoyed a little jiggle fun.

"Handstand challenge" was the caption – if you follow gymnastics, you'll know that 23-year-old Simone Biles made 2020 headlines for hers.

McKayla now sees the comments flying in. "I've never looked up a tik tok username so fast," one fan wrote, with another saying: "It's not real, put it in reverse."

Making headlines in the past few days has been McKayla suffering a wardrobe malfunction while attempting to teach her followers how to cartwheel. The skin-tight miniskirt and tan top went down a treat, but the brunette did appear to suffer an awkward flash during her upside-down moment.
