TikTok 'Soft Swinger' Taylor Frankie Paul Arrested In Front Of Her Children

Taylor Frankie Paul was arrested in front of her minor children after a domestic incident in her home state of Herriman, Utah.

The Mormon mom who revealed her “soft swinging” ways via her popular TikTok account has been slapped with three misdemeanor charges: assault, criminal mischief, and domestic violence in the presence of a child on Saturday.

She was booked and released within several hours but will have to go before a judge soon. The minors involved with the charges are 5-year-old daughter, Indy, and a 2-year-old son, Ocean, who she shares with ex-husband Tate Paul.

The New York Post contact Taylor and the Herriman Police Department for a comment, but it didn’t happen. Both parties were tight-lipped about the situation.

The mom of two is now dating Dakota Mortensen who spoke with the Daily Mail about the arrest and while he said he couldn’t talk much, he kind of talked a lot. “I’m not even allowed to speak with her,” he shared with the publication initially.

He then launched into some important clarifications. First, it wasn’t him who called 911 but suspects the neighbors of it. Second, he and Taylor “didn’t argue” and she “never hurt anyone intentionally,” whatever that means. It sort of, kind of, sounds like he was the victim in this scenario.

Dakota went on to say, “I’m going to wait for everything to come out before I speak on it.” the 30-year-old clearly felt the need to protect Taylor from whatever the truth was because he launched into another blabber of defense.

Daily Mail also shared that Dakota is a rock for Taylor and he continues to support her and assure fans that she is not to blame in this situation. He also spoke a bit about her personal life which sounds like it is in a bit of a crisis even before the arrest.

“I don’t even want the truth to come out. She’s so broken right now. I tried to help her, she’s a good mom,” he claims.”

“She’s going through a lot in her life right now. Taylor’s been struggling, it’s been a hard year for her. She is racked with guilt on her cheating scandal that cost her her marriage.”

The TikTok influencer has been sharing on her social media that she is struggling. The posts have been happening since the Summer of 2022. In one video, she describes her life as “falling apart” the video had moving boxes everywhere and in this same video, she reveals that yes, she was getting a divorce.

Speculation had been running wild after she revealed that she and her ex well, more so she, took the “soft swinging” too far and her husband, now ex was fuming. Since ending her marriage, she has been using her platform to call out other mom-fluencers who were supposedly apart of their soft swinger’s group, or other juicy details.

It’s probably not the best way to stay afloat but clearly, Taylor is experiencing some form of breakdown and maybe the arrest is a blessing in disguise.
