Did the dinosaurs escape?! Luckily not, but it looks like there was a pretty serious hydraulic leak at one attraction in the Islands of Adventure theme park located inside Universal Orlando.

Guests visiting Universal Orlando in Florida yesterday, February 23, had an unexpected surprise when they walked by the popular "Jurassic Park" River Adventure ride.

Those wishing to come face to face with a giant T-Rex were left disappointed as the ride was experiencing issues.

As Universal Orlando guests walked past the temporarily closed river raft ride yesterday, they noticed something was a bit off with the water.

Theme park news site Universal Parks News Today shared a video of the roaring waters, which looked strange. "The water at Jurassic Park River Adventure looks a little suspicious and the attraction is currently experiencing a delay. 🦖," they tweeted alongside the video.

And lastly, one fan tweeted, "That is probably what the water looks like when you encounter Dinosaurs while trying to escape Jurassic World."

Although some of these comments were quite hilarious, the dinosaurs are actually not to blame for the discolored water.

According to some, it seems there was a hydraulic fluid leak, which caused the water to react the way it did.

"Hydraulic fluid leaked from the top of the fall yesterday, that might be it," one fan suggested.

Another pointed out that the attraction was closed nearly all day on Wednesday as well, more than likely due to the hydraulic fluid leak that guests have reported. "It was closed nearly all day Wednesday too!," they tweeted.
