Gisele Bündchen Looks Ravishing On Her First Vogue Cover Since Divorcing Tom Brady

Gisele Bündchen is bringing sexy back with her stunning looks on the new March 2023 cover for Vogue Italia. The supermodel tried various dramatic looks for the magazine, including a sheer red Valentino piece with a matching red wig. 

The Vogue cover is the first cover shoot the former Victoria's Secret Supermodel has done since divorcing Tom Brady. The athlete, meanwhile, recently announced his second retirement from the NFL after reversing his first retirement last year. 

Bündchen commented on Brady's second retirement announcement post, wishing him "only wonderful things."

Gisele Bündchen is taking over the modeling world again, starting with her cover for the March 2023 edition of Vogue Italia. The photoshoot is her first cover for the prestigious fashion magazine since she famously divorced NFL star, Tom Brady. 

In the photos, 42-year-old Bündchen looked completely different with several eclectic looks, such as a sheer red dress from Valentino. Her stylist combined the dress with a scarlet red wig, thin drawn-on eyebrows, and dramatic eyeshadow. 

For the cover, Bündchen was "photographed in a new guise," which meant multiple dramatic looks and hairstyles. One look, per Page Six, featured a blue blazer dress from Thom Browne, a platinum blonde Bob wig, lingerie from Ludovic de Saint Sernin, and a trench coat from Givenchy.

Bündchen has had multiple photo shoots since she divorced Brady, including a recent recreation of her iconic 2004 look for the Rio Carnival. At the time, the Brazilian supermodel wore a crop top and low-waist white pants. 

Bündchen was also photographed in a swimsuit shoot, posing in a pink one-piece from Chanel in one picture. Another photo from the shoot showed her in a purple hooded Versace one-piece with a low scooped neckline. 

Brady seems to approve of his ex-wife delving back into modeling full-time. Shortly after Bündchen was featured in an ad campaign for the Louis Vuitton fashion collaboration with famous artist Yayoi Kusama, he was seen with one of the bags from the limited collection. 

While Bündchen is getting back into modeling, Brady is retiring from football for the second time. The former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback recently posted a video to his social media, in which he confirmed he'd retired from the sport again, this time it's final. 

In the video, Brady joked about making the announcement simple, especially because athletes only have one chance to do the "super emotional retirement essay." He said, "Thank you, guys, so much to every single one of you for supporting me, my family, my friends, my teammates, my competitors." 

Brady concluded his message by thanking every single one of his supporters for "allowing me to live my absolute dream," adding that he "wouldn't change a thing." Bündchen responded to the video in the comment section, writing that she wishes her ex-husband the best. She wrote, "Wishing you only wonderful things in this new chapter of your life."

Brady's decision to retire a second time is odd, especially because his previous decision to un-retire is a primary factor for Bündchen's divorce. Last year, Page Six reported that the former couple had an "epic fight" because Brady wanted to return to the field instead of spending time with Bündchen and their kids. 

A source shared details of the fight with the news outlet, saying, "There's been trouble in the marriage over his decision to un-retire. Gisele has always been the one with the kids. They had agreed he would retire to focus on the family, then he changed his mind." 

By October 2022, it was confirmed that Brady and Bündchen couldn't work through their arguments and differences, which had only worsened. The supermodel then filed for a divorce which got finalized rather quickly. The duo also made statements on Instagram informing the public of the legal dissolution of their marriage.

Brady and Bundchen have two kids, 13-year-old Benjamin and 10-year-old Vivian, with whom they now share custody. Brady also has a 15-year-old son, Jack, with his ex, Bridget Moynahan. In their individual statements on the divorce, the former Quarterback and supermodel said they'd be co-parenting all three kids together.
