A Truce? Kylie Jenner & Selena Gomez Dispute Feud Rumors

Regina George probably couldn't see this one coming ... Kylie Jenner has responded to fan speculation of a feud with Selena Gomez!

All eye (brows) were on Jenner, 25, and Gomez, 30, after TikTok sleuths speculated there could be tension between the Kylie Cosmetics CEO and the "Only Murders In The Building" star. As if the story couldn't have any more "Mean Girls"-inspired vibes, Gomez's alleged 'rival' Hailey Bieber is involved!

Both Bieber and Gomez have repeatedly squashed reports of bad blood between the two; for those who may need a refresher, Gomez and Bieber's now-husband, Justin, had one of pop culture's most notable on-and-off romances of the last decade.

Last year the duo arguably broke the internet when they were photographed posing at a party together!

Indeed.

Jenner caused quite a stir on social media earlier this week when she posted an Instagram story selfie, proclaiming that her enhanced eyebrows had been an accident.

Social media sleuths picked up on a possible connection between two of Gomez's recent TikToks where she uses an eyebrow filter; in one, she sends love to her 'girl crush' and one time alleged competition, (the duo both dated The Weeknd at different points in time), Bella Hadid.

Gomez wrote "I wish I was as pretty as Bella Hadid" in one video where she also channels her inner-Hadid by lipsynching to audio of Hadid introducing herself.

In the second video, Gomez says, "Instead, this is me," before imitating Hadid. "My name... is Selena Gomez," she says, before lamenting how she "doesn't even sound sexy."

Social media was soon taken over by fan conversation about the alleged connection; one TikToker speculated Jenner may have gone for Gomez because the duo had been neck in neck to be the most followed female celebrity on the platform. (Gomez has surpassed Jenner by the time of this writing).

Fans also discussed the alleged tiff on Twitter, with Gomez becoming a trending topic yesterday afternoon.

"i've started to like kylie, but the shade nowadays is not it," a fan tweeted, according to our report on the situation.

Other fans pointed out Jenner's story could be inspired by her new mascara.

"Ok. Even I know this is about kylies [sic] mascara," a Twitter user weighed in. "How does Selenas laminated eyebrows come into this.Can we take a moment. Pls. And not report everything as news and drama . This is highschool s**t who evr that lady is in tht TikTok is putting the wrong things together."

Well, it seems as if nap time can officially commence!

Jenner cleared the air when she took a moment to comment on a TikTok by pop culture TikToker @devotedly.yours, where she gives her take on the trio's alleged feud.

"this is reaching," Jenner commented, "no shade toward selena ever and i didn't see her eyebrow posts! u guys are making something out of nothing. this is silly," she concluded. (per Comments By Celebs on Instagram).

SelGo entered the chat, and confirmed Jenner's claims!

"Agreed @kyliejenner," the "Rare" singer responded. "It's all unnecessary. I'm a fan of Kylie!"

TikToker, @devotedly.yours, had the girlies in their comment section,  so they made a follow-up TikTok about Jenner and Gomez's statements.

"Kylie Jenner has responded to my video," they begin, "so obviously she wants to be heard, so I am posting her comment so you guys can see it." Later in the video, they add, "Whether or not she's being honest, I can't tell you, I don't know. I may not be a 'Selenator,' you know, like a die-hard Selena fan, but I have love for 'Wizards of Waverly Place,' and I have always felt very protective of her since the kidney [transplant] and I am even more protective since I've seen the documentary, so you know, I'm just... I'm like, the big protective sister. I'm gonna say something if it smells fishy," they continue.

"But like I said," the TikToker continues, "Kylie did respond, she obviously wants people to see it, so I'm leaving it here." they concluded.

Gomez responded to the TikTok with a heart emoji.

"The love and respect I will always have for you is inexplainable," @devotedly.yours replied.

Bieber has not weighed in on the situation as of this writing.

It seems like there's nothing but love between Selena Gomez and Kylie Jenner! There's no need to get Mabel Mora on the case!
