Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin's massive thigh gap has be seen to be believed. The 31-year-old five-time Olympic medalist, recently in the news for defending her "gross skinny chicken legs," has been showing the haters can shove it, posting jaw-dropping selfies of the body that's won her all those medals. Nastia's 1 million Instagram followers today saw her showing both her relaxing self-care and a mean workout look, with the Russian-born star showing it's all balance for her. Check it out below.

Scroll for the bath action, plus the recent selfie. Nastia, who faced an anorexia storm in 2020, kicked off showing the stylish and minimalist interiors of her Dallas, TX home and all ready for her deep-soaking bath. Opting out of filming herself in it, Nastia showed the water as it was drawn, but she made up for it with the selfie.

On Tuesday morning, Liukin was ready for the gym. The 2008 all-around champion, in front of her gilt-framed mirror, posed with her insane body outfitted in the tightest of spandex looks.

Nastia, who wore all black and paired her leggings with a tiny and cropped tee, plus sneakers, peeked the interiors of her walls with "Be your own house" written in fluorescent letter above the mirror, then disappearing – quite possibly to burn some calories in the gym.

If you don't live inside Nastia's Instagram, the account has been big-time in the news of late. In October 2020, a fan asked Liukin how she feels about "promoting borderline anorexia looking bodies," and it was not appreciated.

Nastia, who admitted the felt "triggered" and "p-ssed" at the remark, swiftly reposted the fan DM while posing in a scoop-neck bronze dress. She also addressed the comment, writing:

"If taking pictures of my OWN body — a body that won me many Olympic medals, a body that I push each day to get stronger, a body that God gave me — is inherently promoting anorexia, then honestly, we've gotten to a place in the world where just BEING is offensive."

Nastia was just 22 when she retired back in 2012. In 2015, the blonde participated on "Dancing With the Stars," now boasting multiple collabs, her $55 Celery Green Cream, upcoming Harley & Me dog brand, plus her promo gigs and The Muse Collective start-up. Nastia is also fresh from shouting out mom Anna Kotchneva's 51st birthday and joking about where she got her "flexibility from" – Nastia was raised by two Olympic gymnast parents.
