Jen Shah Claims 'RHOSLC' Reunion Will Be 'Unexpected' And 'Explosive'

Jen Shah is opening up about the recently taped "Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" reunion special.

Weeks after filming the upcoming episodes, Jen spoke toShowbiz Cheat Sheet about the taping, described the drama between her and her cast mates as "unexpected" and "explosive."

“Girl, you know, we were there for a long time,” Jen admitted on January 25. “I left there at 11:30 PM after we were done [filming] — I arrived at 7 AM.” 

It was also a long day for host Andy Cohen.

“I think the reunion is going to fall in line with season 1 — very unexpected [and] explosive,” Jen teased. “Fans are going to be very surprised. I think a lot of truth [will] come out in the reunion.”

According to Jen, she believes that over the course of the first season, some viewers have gotten the wrong idea about certain members of the show. However, she claims, their opinions on said cast members will likely shift after the reunion special airs.

“[Fans] label [the housewives] how they think that they are,” she continued. “I think the reunion is going to shed more light on that and probably change a lot of opinions.” 

Although Jen seemingly suggested that certain members of the "Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" would be exposed for who they truly are during the upcoming reunion, she also said that there were healing moments between her and her cast mates at the taping. 

“I can speak personally, for myself,” Jen stated. “Absolutely [there were healing moments].” 

While Jen experienced healing during the taping, she said that not everyone took something positive away from the taping before joking that Mary Cosby may be needed for a blessing on the unnamed women. 

“They ain’t healed up yet. They need Mary Cosby to come bless them or something,” Jen said.

Also during the interview, Jen said that after she and her co-stars filmed the "Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" reunion, Andy took to social media to share his thoughts on the taping.

“Andy was even like — I think he went live that night from the reunion because we were wearing him out,” Jen laughed. “He was like, ‘Salt Lake City girls are crazy. Why am I still here?'” 

Weeks after the taping, Andy officially confirmed the show would be back for a second season.
