Gavin Rossdale Sued By Former Drummer Over Band’s 25th Anniversary Tour!

Gavin Rossdale is facing a lawsuit from a former drummer.
Robin Goodridge claims he “dedicated nearly three decades of his life playing the drums for English rock band Bush.
Goodridge was abruptly and without cause kicked out of the band by his long-time bandmate, Rossdale.

Bush was founded in London, England, by Rossdale, Goodridge, Nigel Pulsford, and Dave Parsons in 1992.
Goodridge was fundamental to the band's founding and international success over the next 30 years. His sudden dismissal was devastating to Goodridge and Bush fans around the globe.
Rossdale's “callous behavior” did not end with Goodridge's termination. The ex-husband of Gwen Stefani had since refused to pay Goodridge money owed to him in connection with the band.
Goodridge Claims He Was Wrongfully Terminated
In particular, in or around March 2019, Rossdale and Bush, Inc. hired Goodridge to play in Bush's 25th anniversary tour, “The ALT-IMATE Tour,” later that year, promising to pay him 25% of the tour’s profits.
Goodridge claims he was fired without warning before the tour’s first stop and claims Rossdale has refused pay him for any of the tour’s profits.
He also claims that as a founding member he owns 25% of the registered trademark “Bush” and that Rossdale allegedly violated the Bush trademark agreement between the founding members of their band.
The specific damages aren’t not stated but Goodridge is also asking for a permanent injunction enjoining Rossdale and Bush, Inc from using the trademark Bush.
Rossdale is also in a heated battle with his ex-wife over the custody of their aging dog.
Stefani and Rossdale married in April 2016 and were married for over a decade. They share three children and a Pomeranian named Chewy.

The British band member has had sole custody of Chewy since 2016 despite the dog reportedly being closer to the “Sweet Escape” singer.
Sources say the 57-year-old has denied the No Doubt singer’s request to spend coveted quality time with their beloved four-legged friend before the fading pooch crosses the rainbow bridge, RadarOnline learned.
“Gwen is desperate to see the dog and spend some cherished time with Chewy but Gavin is having none of it and has turned the dog into a pawn in his long-running war with her,” said an insider.
“It’s just the sort of petty and childish thing these two do to each other whenever life demands that they cooperate in some way!” said the source.
