Jen Selter & Friends Form A Human Pyramid In Tiny Thong Bikinis

Model Jen Selter is putting her flexibility on display in another Instagram post, but she's not alone!

Over the weekend, Jen took to Instagram to share not one but two videos that featured her showing off her flexibility, and one just so happens to involve a thong bikini!

In another recent Instagram post, Jen created a human pyramid posing on two other girls, who are both wearing red bikinis. Jen is on top in a neon green bikini as she flaunts her sunned buns and sticks one leg up in the air.

In the caption, she just wrote, “Happppy Sunday Fam!! ??.” Fans had a variety of reactions to her video, with one fan writing, “The star always goes on top.” Another follower added, “Great work. Pure art. Hard work pays off.” A third fan gushed, “Such an amazing post!”

In another Instagram video, set to the tune of Lavern’s Sunshine, Jen and a friend show off their flexibility and strength. Jen’s friend Phyllicia Bonarnno does a headstand and supports herself on Jen’s back with one foot.

In the caption, Jen wrote, “The @natureswaybrands event in Chelsea Factory last night was one for the books!! Your girl had some fun surrounded by nature, good food, and good energy! Their products are some of my absolute favorites for supporting my immune system and body function so I was so excited to attend! Try the sambucus gummies and thank me later.”

“You look so amazing Jen!” one fan gushed. “Nature sure is beautiful,” another follower chimed in. “That’s my girl,” a third fan shared as her 13.6 million Instagram followers showered her post with heart-eye and fire emojis.

Both mother and daughter are twinning in pink crop tops, matching short shorts, and white sneakers. They begin by holding dumbbells to their chest as they hop in and out with their feet.

They then proceed to do reverse lunges and leg extensions, holding their dumbbell over their head to work their core as well. After doing rear leg kickbacks, Jen lowers the dumbbell and gives her mother a high-five.

In the caption, Jen wrote, “Surround yourself with people who are going to motivate you!! I put my mom through a band circuit the other day - pretty impressive for a 55-year-old!!!”
