'Goodfellas' Paul Sorvino's Legacy Lives On Through Charitable Wine Brand 'Sorvino Vino'

The late Paul Sorvino is continuing his charitable legacy from beyond the grave.

The “Goodfellas” actor and his wife, Dee Dee Sorvino, were working on a wine brand, “Sorvino Vino Wine” prior to his death.

Sorvino passed away of natural causes in July 2022 at the age of 83.

At the time of his passing, Dee Dee took to Instagram to share her heartbreak.

“I am completely devastated. The love of my life & the most wonderful man who has ever lived is gone. I am heartbroken,” she wrote on Instagram.

Dee Dee is continuing her late husband’s legacy in the form of wine.

Their wine brand, “Sorvino Vino Wine,” is a charitable brand with a percentage of all sales being donated to kids, adults and military vets that are hungry and in need.

Dee Dee stated, “A percentage of all sales will go to various charities that feed and care for hungry children, adults and military vets in need.”

On February 14th, Sorvino’s widow made their vino dreams a reality!

This wine is in collaboration with the award-winning Lorimar Winery & Vineyard in Temecula Ca.

Dee Dee said, "This is a perfect Cabernet Sauvignon blend that is reminiscent of the red wine Paul, and I enjoyed throughout the years. News of the wine brand has brought a lot of interest, especially from wine enthusiasts.”

She continued, “I could not think of a better day than today to announce this wine, this is my Valentine to Paul.”

Sorvino Vino is a project that Paul and Dee Dee developed throughout their marriage and after the publication of their cookbook 'Pinot, Pasta & Parties'.

They created this brand “to commemorate his memory, and legacy, it was time to make this labor of love a reality," Dee Dee noted.
