Ryan Reynolds cannot hide his joy as a fourth-time dad!
In his first public appearance since he and his wife, Blake Lively welcomed their fourth child together, the actor has shared how the family is faring since the arrival. News of the couple becoming parents again filled the internet after Lively posted an indirect announcement with a picture that excluded her previously-sighted baby bump.

Congratulatory messages have been flying all over social media for Lively and Reynolds after several news outlets reported their baby's arrival. The "Free Guy" actor addressed the happy occurrence when he virtually joined the February 13 telecast of CNBC's "Power Lunch" from his spacious home kitchen.
Pointing out that they had not made an official announcement, the "Deadpool" star stated, "We didn't make a birth announcement, we just posted a photo, and the media sort of did what it does after that."

Although he did not share the newborn's gender or name, even when pointedly asked, Reynolds mentioned that his family is "very excited" about the newest clan member.
After admitting that he and his wife "wouldn't do this four times if we didn't love it," he added, "everybody's doing great. Everybody's actually doing fantastic." He joked that if they had not figured out how to deal with having kids by now, they would "be in deep, deep trouble." Reynolds then gestured to the space he was placing the call from, quipping to hosts Kelly Evans and Tyler Mathisen:
"It's a zoo over here. This is my office here. To be honest, I'll probably spend the rest of my life in here."
As reported by The Blast, the cryptic post that got the ball rolling featured Lively wearing a black tank top, which she tucked into blue jeans. The "All I See Is You" actress is flanked by her husband and his mom, Tammy, with both putting their hands around the new mom.
For the caption, the 35-year-old opted for a simple, "Puppy Bowl Sunday 2023 🥘🍲🥧 been busy." While the update did not include a baby pic — or any related baby detail, fans quickly assumed that she had already been to the labor room and back.
"Awwww looks like Blake had the baby! I love how she announces her pregnancies and how she tells us she had them! So sweet 😍," one fan claimed. Another supporter said Lively is good at discreetly giving birth and looking "like this right afterwards in a tight shirt."
Meanwhile, other fans wanted the mom-of-four to categorically tell them that she had given birth, with one asking, "Wait did you have your baby?? Lol cuz if not I need whatever shirt you're wearing 😂." The post has received over two million likes — and counting — since it was posted on Super Bowl Sunday.
The 'Two Guys And A Girl' Actor Does Not Mind Being A Proud Girl Dad Again
When Reynolds appeared on the "Today" show for a conversation with hosts Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush, the "6 Underground" action star talked about his fatherhood dreams. The Blast reported that after he told the women that he had no idea about his then-unborn baby's gender because he and Lively never try to find out, he divulged:
"I know girls, so I'm sort of kind of hoping that, but I'm ready for whatever, whatever happens."
The actor, who was joined by actor Will Ferrell and actress Octavia Spencer to talk about their holiday movie, "Spirited," discussed his childhood. He admitted that since he had experience with "arsonists and firemen" as the youngest of four boys in his family, he knew just how troublesome his gender could be.
Thus, he wanted to avoid experiencing that thanks to his love for his well-being and home. The admission prompted Hager to call him the "ultimate girl dad," which he agreed with.
Reynolds and his wife first announced their pregnancy news when Lively debuted her bump at the Forbes Power Women's Summit last September. The "New York, I Love You" screen goddess was dressed to the nines in a 70s-inspired, short gold dress which she accessorized with a loose scarf around her neck.
She also added hoop earrings and a headband that kept her long blonde tresses away from her face. Lively and Reynolds share eight-year-old James, six-year-old Inez, and three-year-old Betty.
