Erika Jayne Flashes Her Booty, Quiet About Claims She Stole From Orphans

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne continues to be "tacky" by posting sexy shots on her social media while ignoring questions about her alleged role in embezzling money meant for orphans and widows.

The reality star, who continues to be employed by Bravo despite the seriousness of the allegations against her, posted a shot of her rocking Rihanna's Savage X Fenty line. Rihanna also appears to continue to pay Erika to be an ambassador for the lingerie on Instagram.

In the recent shot, the reality star posed on a grand piano while making sure to flash her backside for the camera.

Erika captioned the sultry post, "Provocateur. You like it, admit it." One former fan quickly commented, "You should probably sell that piano to pay back the disfigured orphans."

One asked, "If I was on rhobh I would steadfastly refuse to film with @erikajayne. How can you @doritkemsley1 @KyleRichards@GarcelleB still film with a woman who stole money from widows and orphans? Have you sense of what is right????"

As The Blast previously reported, Erika and Thomas were recently named as defendants in a federal lawsuit. The suit accuses Thomas of diverting millions owed to his clients to fund his "lavish lifestyle."

The plaintiffs are the families of plane crash victims including widows and orphans. They believe Thomas has been taking out massive loans to keep afloat but has been unable to pay the loans. The families say Erika knew the money she received was ill-gotten or should have known.

At a recent court hearing, Thomas was found in contempt of court after failing to explain where millions of his client's money went. The matter was referred to prosecutors for possible criminal investigation.

Erika has remained extremely silent about claims she helped steal money from orphans. Fans have been losing respect with every day that goes by without an explanation or comment on the matter.

The reality star's team appears to be leaked "source" stories to outlets claiming Erika is innocent and had no idea what was going on with the finances.

Earlier this year, Erika filed for divorce from Thomas after 21 years of marriage. She is currently seeking monthly spousal support. Thomas is fighting her request for support.
