‘The Ultimatum’ Star April Marie Shares Tribute To Unborn Child In Pregnancy Announcement

April Marie is excited about becoming a mother in the coming months!

Almost a year after she split from Jake Cunningham and began dating Cody Cooper, "The Ultimatum" star has announced that she and her current beau are expecting their first child together. The news, which she shared with a carousel of sweet pics, warmed the hearts of her followers, and they shared their thrill that she had found happiness in the comment section.

If her latest news is any indication, Marie and Cooper are going strong in their relationship. The 23-year-old shared that her life-long dream of becoming a mom has finally materialized with a series of photos she recently shared with her nearly 500k followers.

The happy couple opted to do a pregnancy reveal photoshoot that showed them wearing matching outfits comprising white long-sleeved tops and light blue jeans. In the first shot shared on Instagram, Cooper looked elated as he held his girlfriend in his arms and looked at the camera with a big smile.

Marie wore the same look as she held up a sonogram slide and a pregnancy test stick, confirming the good news. Other images showed Cooper holding the soon-to-be mom from behind and kissing her on her temple before she hopped on his back for a piggyback ride, and the twosome then laid on the beach staring at the sonogram. In the accompanying caption, the dark-haired beauty declared that she "Made a bestie with my bestie" before recounting:

"Two months ago, on 12/12/22 I found out I was pregnant with you. Mommy & daddy wanted to enjoy our privacy & special moments as we navigate through changes, watch you grow & make sure we made it through the first trimester."

Marie declared that even though she was initially numb from disbelief, the pregnancy was "finally starting to feel so real." She then recalled how she found out she was pregnant and eventually shared the news "with your beautiful aunties, uncles, grandmas & grandpas. (You have no idea how loved you are already)."

By the eighth week, she and Cooper could hear the baby's heartbeat, and in week ten,  the couple discovered that their bundle of joy was a little gymnast who could not keep still. 

"These first two months flew, so we can only imagine how fast time will fly before you finally come into this world & completely change ours. Until then, Mommy & Daddy cannot wait to meet you. (P.s. I hope you look more like me, thanks xo)," Marie jokingly concluded.

"I remember hearing your story about infertility on the show! But look at you now all in Gods timing congrats," one fan wrote in the comment section. Another claimed, "I'm so glad you're getting everything you've wanted and deserve," and a third added:

"I'm so happy you finally get to experience this with a man that genuinely and truly loves every bit of you. Y'all are gonna be great parents."

The post has received nearly 75k likes — and counting — since Marie shared it a few hours ago.

Marie gained fame after starring in the first season of Netflix's "The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On," which aired last April. Although she and Cunningham were on the verge of marriage before they joined the reality dating show, they ultimately split after Marie gave her then-beau an ultimatum to marry her or move.

Cunningham opted to try making a relationship work with fellow contestant Rae Williams. While it seemed his former girlfriend would remain single for a few more months, she soon showed the world her new partner, Cooper.

According to US Weekly, the San Diego native debuted the relationship on Instagram with a montage of their sweetest memories, writing, "'One day… you're gonna meet someone. And they're gonna make you realize… That there was never anything wrong with you.' ❤️ @cody.b.cooper. C, thank you bebeh for being that someone."

She thanked him for being "the most amazing man, boyfriend, partner & best friend" she could have asked for, declaring her respect and adoration for the Texas-based broker. Marie then revealed that she fell in love with Cooper "because I see so much of myself & who I want to become in YOU." Ending the unveiling with a vow, the model wrote:

"I promise to reciprocate being the person for you that you have always been for me. ? Thank you for walking into my life & showing me what LOVE is. ✨ Love you always, A ❤️."

Speaking more about her love life during an exclusive interview with Cosmopolitan, Marie divulged, "I've moved in and [am] currently living with my boyfriend of six months. He's my absolute best friend and I completely adore him. It's just been such a fun, exciting, and playful relationship. I've been really happy."

She also detailed that she had met Cooper while he was dealing with a painful heartbreak.
