Tom Brady is sharing his thoughts about love.
The former NFL took to Instagram to post a cryptic quote from a guru that detailed how love was not transactional but rather a "sweetness of emotion."
He also shared photos of his three children Benjamin, 13, and Vivian, 10, whom he shares with his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen and John Edward, 15, with ex Bridget Moynahan.
The ex-footballer and Bündchen were married for 13 years before separating last year after falling out following Brady's decision to come out of retirement. A year after taking the decision, Brady announced he was retiring for good.

'Love Is Not A Transaction'
Taking to his Instagram stories, the father of three posted a love quote to celebrate his first Valentine's Day after officially separating from Bündchen late last year.
The quote, which comes from a famous yogi and mystic Sadhguru, read, "Love is not a transaction; it is a certain exuberance and sweetness of your emotion."
Although the former quarterback of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers may have just written the phrase for the Valentine's Day celebrations, its ambiguity hinted that it may have been a jab at his ex-wife.
Later, Brady also uploaded several adorable images of his kids, perhaps demonstrating how grateful he is to have them in his life.
In the meantime, Bündchen likewise celebrated Valentine's Day on social media by sharing two adorable pictures of herself cuddling and loving her puppies, Lua and Fluffy.
Tom Brady And Gisele Bündchen Split Last Year
Brady and Bündchen were married for 13 years before going their separate ways late last year.
At the time, the former NFL player took to Instagram to announce that he was ending his marriage to the Brazilian fashion model and revealed that they planned on co-parenting their children.
"We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time spent together," Brady said. "We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way."
Although the separation was amicable, Brady admitted it was "painful" and "difficult" before explaining that they wanted the best for themselves.
He added, "However, we wish only the best for each other as we pursue whatever new chapters in our lives that are yet to be written."
Why Tom Brady And Gisele Bündchen Separated
The couple's separation came in the wake of a falling out over Brady's decision to unretire after previously calling it quits on his football career in February 2022.
"There's been trouble in the marriage over his decision to un-retire," a source told Page Six at the time. "Gisele has always been the one with the kids. They had agreed he would retire to focus on the family, then he changed his mind."
In a shocking turn of events, Brady announced this year that he was retiring from football "for good."
Following his announcement, Bündchen shared on social media that she wishes him "only wonderful things in this new chapter of your life."
The ex-footballer is arguably one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time, winning seven Super Bowl titles alongside numerous NFL records while playing for the New England Patriots and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Tom Brady's Underwear Photo Went Viral
Brady recently broke the internet following a post of himself only wearing underwear from his eponymous brand.
After the picture went viral, the former quarterback asked his fans to purchase his underwear collection for Valentine's day, saying it was the "perfect" time.
"It's Valentine's Day. Go buy some. BradyBrand.com. Get your favorite underwear. They're actually amazing," he shared during an episode on his podcast, per Page Six.
He also promised to cut back on his headline-making photos, although he did not share why he took the decision.
The 45-year-old said, "I'm wearing 'em right now, and I promise not to share too many more of those photos."
In the podcast, Brady claimed that he was unaware that the viral photo could be described as a "thirst trap," terming the name as "millennial verbiage."
